The product is faulty. The motor won’t run consistently and cuts off every 10 seconds. There’s no safety switch on this particular model that is preventing it from operating. Straight out of the box with the battery fully charged.

We had about 6” of snow recently and I was excited to use the cordless snow shovel. It pushed the snow like a regular snow shovel, but very little was blown out. Winter has just started, so we’ll see what happens.

Works perfect it! Purchased this item to help with snow removal, once it was out of the box and ready to go it hasnt snowed enough once to even use it.

I’m a senior woman and live in a condo where we are plowed only after 3 inches of snow. The Snow Joe makes the cleanup easier. I only wish this lighter model had a cord option for longer use.

live in maine in condo i can clean an area for the dog to go do his business, and it works great for me because i can't shovel I'm old and don't want heart attack.

Only used once. Heavier than I thought it would be. Only threw snow a few feet in front, and snow accumulated in front of that. Hope I can work it better next time.

works really good on my walkways just like it said it would. It is good for me because you dont have to lift and hurl the snow like you do when shoveling.

I use it by swinging it as a weedeater to take the top layers off and it really does heave it 20+ feet, the battery pack charges quickly and it lasts longer than I do :D it's perfect for my needs.

My brother had one, at Fort Collins, used it a few weeks ago when we all the really cold and snow spell and it worked wonderful. I've used it twice and works great.
