Snow Joe is so easy to use and works great! It was as easy as using a vacuum. We had a 5-6 inch snow with some drifting, I used it on our deck and was finished in about half the time it usually takes with the shovel, and my back didn't hurt! On drifts higher than 6 inches I had to remove it in layers, Snow Joe was light enough to move over the tops of drifts. Assembly was simple and the direction booklet was clear and thorough.

Wonderful! We had a 2-3" snow the other day and I could barely move it with my hand shovel (wet and heavy). Used this and it was just perfect. Finished the cleaning with my hand shovel but couldn't have cleared without this great cordless snow shovel.

I didn't think this would do what the manufacturer said it would do and I was prepared to return it if it didn't. But, this works better than I thought it would and I expect many years of use.

Works Great, battery lasted about 20 to 30 minutes 10 inch good for single car drive and walks for two car I would go with the 13 inch and 40v battery

Only used once, so far, but appears to meet my expectations. I bought this thrower to clear snow from decks. The snow gets thrown well beyond the edges of the decks. Deeper and or heavier snow needs to be taken in multiple, shallow passes to avoid over loading the thrower. The battery isn't large enough to completely clear my decks without at least one recharge, but the thrower would probably be too heavy if the battery was larger. This is exactly as I expected and I am satisfied that it's getting the job done.

This cordless snow shovel does a nice job on the sidewalk, deck, and around the car port. It can't get through the heavy pile left at the end of the driveway by the city snow plows, but no surprise there. Light and easy to carry around, even with the battery installed.

Throws snow a good distance. Chews up ice better than I thought. Good for about 4-6". My only complaint was tje assembly was tricky and the battery is difficult to remove. On tje assembly, tje power cabling runs through the tubing. There's slack in the cable and it needs to be stuffed into the tubing to get the poles to connect. It wasn't very easy. Also, to connect the handle, the instructions aren't very clear as to which side the "bumper" piece is attached. The picture on tje box. helped. Overall, for the price, its a must-have if you live where you get snow. It won't get the larger accumulations, but it clears what normally falls pretty easily!

Delivered with faulty battery, trying to exchange the battery seems problematic, we tried the snow blower with someone elses battery %26 it does a great job.

I finally got the item. I tried to charge the battery and it said it was charged right away in two minutes so I took it outside to use it. It ran out in five minutes. I brought it back in. I tried to charge it. The green light kept coming on. It kept saying it was fully charged, but it is not charged. I don’t know if it’s the charger or the battery but something is wrong so I guess this is just a big piece of junk.
