I use it by swinging it as a weedeater to take the top layers off and it really does heave it 20+ feet, the battery pack charges quickly and it lasts longer than I do :D it's perfect for my needs.

I used this for the first time with about 8 inches of heavy, wet snow. The full size snowblower we ordered was delayed and I bought this at the last min from Sams before a storm. I decided it would be better than nothing! Honestly, it was surprisingly decent. I'm a 52-year-old woman with back issues and rotator cuff problems in both shoulders. Tennis elbow AND golfers elbow not to mention arthritis in my spine and a deteriorating neck. Safe to say I have some physical limitations.. I can't say it was easy in the heavy snow but it was a LOT easier than shoveling for someone with my limitations. I got about 40 minutes out of it for the first use, and I it worked HARD. I think it's going to be a breeze with a light snow & I look forward to confirming that. As for assembly, I couln't get the metal tubes to slide into each other. My husband had a very hard time but eventually they did move into place. Just don't be afraid to push it hard to get them to fit together.

Bought this because it has high ratings online and thought it would be handy for me to use on my deck. Thankfully have not had chance to use it yet so difficult to rate other than it assembled easily and looks handy. I love the battery charge system too.

I used it twice, with a 3 inch snow. The snow was wet so I was trying to be cautious not to over work it. It stopped working so I looked to see if it got jammed up and noticed it was smoking. They claim it does 6 in deep snow, but I’m not sure. But after 30 minutes of total use, it broke. I will say that while it was working, the battery never faded.

Small snow Joe good on smooth pavement but not so good when sidewalk has holes in it

Hard to install, the cable designs longer than needed.

A good investment for less than 4 inches of snow. It worked well for me on Christmas Day.
