This carpet cleaner truly lives up to its brand name, and I’m so happy with how fresh and spotless it’s made my home feel. After trying several cleaners over the years, I can confidently say this one sets the bar. Stain Removal: We have kids in the family and dogs, so spills, accidents, and pet hair are daily occurrences. The StainStriker feature worked wonders on even the most stubborn spots, like an old juice spill and a muddy paw print I thought were there to stay. After one pass, I saw stains lift out like magic. I can visibly see after a few strokes the color of the carpets reappearing. Pet Hair Removal: The HairPro feature is a game-changer for pet owners. Even with a dog that sheds a lot, I no longer see embedded hair in high-traffic areas or my rugs. It picked up pet hair, dust, and all the nasty stuff that has been accumulating. The difference is clear. The accessories and solutions it comes with does help out a lot to take on tuff stains and marks. Overall: The Shark CarpetXpert is worth it. It's powerful and actually enjoyable to use because you can see the results immediately. Plus, you save a ton money in the long run from having to hire some to clean your carpets. I’d recommend this to anyone with a busy house.

It was a little bit difficult to figure out how to put it together because there was a lot of different parts and attachments, but once I figured it out it was so worth it. It really cleans the carpet better than I ever imagined!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 dogs and a cat in the house, so I was excited to try this carpet cleaner out. This carpet cleaner is more lightweight than a Hoover one that I own, which is always great. I tested this out on a small stain on my area rug and a section on my sofa. I used the stain eliminator tool on both. It removed 99% of the stain on my rug, but it’s impressive beings as the stain has been there for atleast 6 months! I didn’t have a stain on my sofa, however like many other pet owners my sofa has that slight animal smell. I treated one cushion and allowed 48 hours of dry time, and it took the smell completely away and it actually left it smelling fresh! I can’t wait to do the whole sectional before the holidays. I also want to point out that the stain eliminator tool is phenomenal compared to other brands. Other brands have those scrub bristles on the tool, which get messed up, dirty, and never works the same after first clean. The one on the shark is a rubber (I think it’s rubber atleast!) scrubber, which makes it very easy to keep clean and long lasting. The only con is that it’s somewhat bulky which makes it difficult to store if you have minimal space, but it’s something I’ll be able to keep in the attic for the few times a year I’ll be bringing this out.

I was looking for a easy to use cleaner for my couch and carpets and this made my apartment feel so much cleaner. I don't have any pets but had some stains in the carpet that cane out nicely.

It’s perfect for our family with two little kids and 3 fur babies. It was very easy to figure out and user-friendly instructions are right on the vacuum for reference. The solution smells great. And the machine really does great work on carpets and upholstery- especially for single spot treatment. I was even able to get black sharpie out of my cream carpets! I am including a picture of the removable front portion of the vacuum. It’s a great feature to be able to remove any fur caught in the head mid-clean. I’m very impressed overall and would recommend!

Holds enough cleaning solution to last at least 4 refills of water tank. Overall I am pleased with this vacuums performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Shark CarpetXpert HairPro with StainStriker for a couple of weeks now, and I absolutely LOVE it. It has been a game-changer for my carpets. I wanted something that could handle everything from everyday dirt to occasional stubborn spills, and this one does a solid job. The suction is so powerful, I can see a difference right after one pass. It picks up hair and things that were not even visible to me! But my favourite has to be the Stain Striker feature. I was surprised at how easy it was to set up and use for all kind of stains. Just a quick spray and a few passes, and even the toughest spots were almost completely gone. It truly works very quickly and effectively! The machine is not cordless nor it is super lightweight, but honestly, I did not even expect a machine like this to be lightweight. I handle it with extra care when moving around on stairs and multiple floors. It is a bit of a workout but definitely worth the results! Using this has clearly made a noticeable difference in my home. I love how clean and refreshed my carpets look. This machine is definitely making my life much easier, I love it and 100% recommend it.
