I truly wasn’t expecting much as it has been years since we have gotten the carpets clean and I was sure I would need to get a professional cleaning soon. This carpet cleaner just saved me a ton of money since my carpets now look practically brand new. This was very easy to setup and start using. There are two cleaning solution compartments, one for regular cleaning that needs water to dilute the solution and another smaller compartment for spot cleaning with the concentrated solution. . I filled everything up and got to work. Even though it is a bit heavy, the fact that it is shaped like a vacuum cleaner made it very easy to maneuver. The first time it suddenly stopped I was a bit perplexed till I realized that the dirty water needed to be emptied. I was shocked to see how filthy the water was after cleaning. Once I was finished cleaning there is also a dry mode that just helps dry the carpet faster without releasing more solution and it did expedite the drying time. After use it was very simple to take apart to rinse and clean the parts and it is ready to be stored away till next time. My carpets look practically brand new and they were very easy to clean, as simple as vacuuming. I highly recommend this cleaner if you have any carpeting in your home. It is a very good price for an excellent machine.

Its a very very good shampooer, however, I dont feel its meant for big areas or entire rooms, its definitely more of a spot cleaner (I couldnt even do my entire bedroom with one tank. There are some features i dislike as well, when you push forward water and cleaner automatically come out and it only sucks up when pulling backwards, to me this seems like a huge waste of product, not being able to control how much or when the water/cleaner is coming out. With that said, i have provided before and after shampooing photos and you can definitely see how well of a job it did. I would recommend for people who have tiny areas of carpet they need to clean or for furniture (that can be used on) Also, the replacement cleaning products are a little expensive, one bottle only fills up the cleaner 1 time, so you literally only get one use out of a bottle of carpet cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This handles the extremely well - it’s a carpet cleaner so it’s still pretty heavy but not clunky compared to other brands. This cleaned very well with the brand of cleaner provided and lives the spot/stain striker attachment (photo) It does neee to be emptied more often than a larger capacity so that was just a minor annoyance.

Not initial issues with hair catching like on others. It does seem to pull some of the deeper stuff. In terms of long term, we will have to see how it holds up.

I'm always such a fan of shark products (I also love their chargeable hand vacuum), but this CarpetXpert is nothing short of incredible. The technology of the cleaner is able to use cleaning solution to dilute and release any stains while also sucking up the dirt and grime it pulls out of the carpet! You can also use one of the many hand attachments to clean other surface areas like to do rug spot treatments or even clean a couch! This tool is invaluable to anyone with carpet, rugs, or any fabric items that need a deeper clean. The product is marketed specially for pet stains but I know this could be used in any household for regular wear and tear. I also love that the vacuum/carpet cleaner also came with the stain remover liquids (2!), so you are all set up to go once received! Overall an insane value for money as well as the tool has so many functions. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a deep clean!
