Only received the solar panels - not the Power Station. When I called to inquire where the power station was, I was sadly informed the item is out of stock and there was nothing that could be done. The solar panels are useless without the power station. I ask for a different power station and was told that could not be accommodated since it's a different item number. I was told to wait and if it is ever restocked and then reorder. However I purchased the system with an instant savings of $470 off, so now the price would be much higher. I was super super excited, yet am completely devastated that Sam's Club oversold an item that they do not have, marked my order as complete but only sent me useless solar panels, and offered no resolution for me to have power station.

DISAPPOINTED

Perfect emergency backup for my wife's oxygen concentrator. Utility power failed 4 times in one day, scrambling to switch to a oxygen cylinder each time. Never have to rely on the power grid plus it can recharge with the included solar panels.
