Bought this to replace my expensive vacuum cleaners due to excessive dog hair. This is quiet and has literally pulled the carpets from the padding!! The attachments are great and for perfectly on it plus the casters easily roll along he floors. Even has a “muffler” which makes it quieter than a regular vacuum cleaner. I did buy the extended warranty which was a great deal too.

This Vacmaster is a nice shop vacuum. The problem is the attachments. The hose is a 2.5" hose and they don't make the round brush attachment. I also went to there website to get the manual and when you click on the manual it shows a website erro of 404.

Smelly Beast--Motor Smells
I bought this vacuum Nov 25th 2019 and the motor had a bit of a smell right from the start. Only use once or twice a week to pick up a little dog hair and for a kitchen remodeling project, only gets about 10 minutes run time per week and now after 3 months the motor slows down after 30 seconds of running and smells so bad I have to open the window. No smoke yet but I don't expect it to run much longer. Had good vacuum at first and still does for the first 30 seconds then I would rate vacuum as poor after motor slows down. I should have stuck with a Shop Vac, always got 5 to 10 yrs out of one of those, this Beast may last 4 months.

Short Lifetime
My wife got this for me for Christmas. The second time I used it the motor got loud, then quiet, then started to smell. I shut it off a couple of times to see if something was clogging it up and the last time I shut it off was the last time it worked. Not sure what my wife paid for this but it was apparently way to much for a vacuum that inly works two times.

Beast it’s not!!
We bought this to clean our new construction homes. Was so excited to use it!! From the first day it was put together the wheels have yet to stay on! It is the most annoying thing to take from place to place because you end up having wheels fall off during the entire process! Today was the 3rd use and the hose came unattached from the connecting piece. So now it is of no use unless duck tape will hold it together. This was the final straw, and decided to leave a Review to hopefully help someone searching for a product like this!! I would not recommend this vacuum!

I bought this because it advertises wet-dry. Beware. It does not have the ability to dry vac. It does not have the proper inner connection to attach a vac bag. In addition, the one that comes with it is the wrong size. Sure it might be great like the other reviews say, but be aware that you cannot dry vac with "the beast."

This vacuum does have the capability to vacuum dry materials. While a collection bag does make clean up and disposal easier and will prolong the life of your filter, it is not required to use a bag for dry pick up. If you do choose to use a collection bag, you may attach it to the vacuum by fitting it over the inside of the vacuum port. It should fit snugly and be almost flush with the container.
