[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a short review of the PS5 30th Anniversary edition, first console really looks like the old classic ps1 the color is great and looks way better than your normal ps5 this also included the vertical stand which is normally sold separate that's good from sony to include one, the extras accessories like the controller plug housing really make it look like a ps1 controller and the poster included is huge all the extras is just acing of the cake really glad with this PS5 30th anniversary too bad the were extremely limited

As with all these electronics (gaming systems) the manufacturer creates a high demand, pretending not to have enough stock, to over inflate the price. So retailers can mark it up an additional ****%. This constantly leads to gouging and unnecessary tension for parents wanting to buy them for their kids. Wait a year and price falls by half, and even lower as time passes.

Really happy I was able to get one of these. The nostalgia just feels great.Sony did a great job although I do wish that the cord was sold separately as many of us just wanted that and the controller. Thank you Walmart for making a way for us normal people to be able to buy these items and have a chance against scalpers.

Awesome coloration to remind you of the PS1. Cool details like the Controller plug. It looks Just like the ps1 interface for the original controller. Throwback for sure. Awesome collectors piece!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They did not put any packaging or bubble wrap in my limited edition 30th anniversary ps5 console resulting In 2 corners getting bent. I was just in a plain box with no protection for $550 10pound high end electronic equipment.

No hard drive for the price point, no functional web browser, can't play ps3 games but can stream some limited titles for money out of some warehouse filled with ps3 instead of using your own source code to build a proper emulation, can't read media hard drives, doesn't have many games besides Demon Souls (a dull remaster) and gran turismo. Everything else is still coming out on ps4 a dozen years later. Ads on main screen. Ads in some games. Persistent membership price changes. At this point it costs as much as a the console itself. Hey but it looks nice in grey 😊
