Wet roads are not a problem with these tires.  I hope they will be as good in the snow.

There is something very wrong with these tires on highways with grooves in them, the small grooves that are in the cement on newer highways. These tires follow the grooves and make the car go side to side and makes you feel like you are on ice. It is violent and makes you feel like the rear end of your car is broken. I tried to live with the sway/side to side movement for about 2000 miles hoping they would break in a little and I finally decided to try another brand of tire and it was night and day difference, 100% improvement. I've had two other sets of tires on my car and do regular alignments, I've never had this issue before. My last set of tires wore evenly and properly, no issues. These tires are pretty good otherwise, and do great in the snow which is the main reason I got them. They tend to bounce a little at low speeds if your car has been sitting for a while. But I could not deal with the fear of driving on the highway anymore if they had the long grooves/lines in them.

Not a good tire for an 09 Vibe

I've driven 40-45,000 miles a year for quite a few years and have tried many brands of tires. After 10 or 15,000 miles, most tires become noisy and many get slightly out of balance. Not so with the AltiMAX RT43! I have over 30,000 on this set and they're as smooth and quiet as the day they were new. I suspected rain and snow traction would also be poor with tires this docile - also not true! I'll certainly be buying more of these!!
