- 5 out of 5 stars review8/23/2026Tho without an appointment, I thought I'd see if Sam's in Dothan could fit me in for new tires. The bays were empty so I thought everyone was out sick. I asked if I could get new tires, the young man said the next appointment would be there soon, but he would take care of mine after that. To tell you the truth, I didn't time it, just wandered around Sam's, and before I knew it I got a call that my car was ready and they even brought it around to the front of the store, so nice. I couldn't have asked for better, even if I'd had an appointment

cjjackley - 5 out of 5 stars review8/23/2026There tires are in good condition. I don’t have a problem with the he tires. I had a terrible experience with the staff in the motor vehicle department. I paid for the tires, the sensors and the rubber valve stem. The install report given to the Macanic in the garage didn’t have the sensors in it. I had to come back the next day after waiting for the install. The next day when I came back about two hours went pass and no one informed me that my vehicle was complete. The prices may be great but the customer service and their responsibility for work is -0

This is our 3rd purchase of Michelin CrossClimate2 tires for our family vehicles and they're simply the best — especially in rain and snow. We rely on this team of extraordinary Sam's employees to provide us with the exact tires we need and highly recommend them!

Although the installation took quite a bit longer than promised, they made up for the delay with some nice incentives. Overall, I was happy with the value and the experience.

Staff recognized this upon a tire rotation visit and saved me from having an accident with my family or with my handicapped wife. Outstanding service and care by the entire staff. Thank you.

My tire needed replaced due to 2 nails embedded within. The tire technician adjusted the price of the tire since I purchased road hazard. Witnin the hour, I was on the road again. No appointment necessary, they worked me in. The entire Sam's tire service has always provided exceptional service for me in Jackson, TN. Happy Customer!

I believe I still received a reliable product, Goodyear (been around for Years). The tires came in sooner than expected and the Technician(s) did an excellent job of mounting, balancing and all things new tires. I would highly recommend and return for Future services 🤗👍

However the tires were filled at Goodyear maximum air pressure but should have been at auto recommendation as noted on driver's side door. With the tires at maximum the car rode rough and I returned for proper air pressure. While I could have reduced the air myself I felt it needed to be noted to repair shop.

However, I had an 11:00 appointment the first time and after waiting an hour and a half, there were still several cars ahead of me. I couldn't wait. I left and came back the next day where it was done in a timely manner. Why make an appointment and then have such a long wait? The customers have things to do as well.

Karen - 2 out of 5 stars review8/26/2026I had an appointment and they had one of my rims to put the tires on before I even got there. It was great to have the tires come into the club quicker than expected from the warehouse, it was not great to watch my vehicle sit in the bay for more than an hour before they started the work, while the techs wondered around and socialized, one was putting together a BBQ grill and dancing in front of the huge fan that was in the other bay. There was only one other car in the shop at the time, and it had already been there for an hour when I got there. Usually, they are right on the task, and I can get the work done in the time it takes me to shop and get a snack but definitely not this time.
Hurry up and wait.

After picking up , I had four different tire pressures ranging from 32 thru 39. Clearly the tire pressure was not properly checked. The two new tires even had different psi's. NOT impressed with service at all. Dee, the lady at the counter was great!

Cyndi R - 2 out of 5 stars review8/16/2026Toyo Open Country tire was damaged - punctured sidewall. Called Sam's Club who replaced the tire. I left the tire at the store per their instructions. They had to order it and it took 10 days. I drove the car on the spare. Returned to Sam's Club and they put on the new one. However, they just put the spare tire in the back seat and did not replace it where the spare was supposed to go.

Dukes - 1 out of 5 stars review8/24/2026I ordered 4 new tires with installation package; Sam's could not mount the tire on my rims and balance them. I waited two days for my tires and had to take them to another tire store (Discount Tire) and have them mounted and balanced. Sam's refunded me the $80.00 charge for mount and balance since they could not complete the service. Discount Tire was nice to me, mounted them and balanced for free to win my business. In addition, the in-store price at Sam's on my new tires from Sam's was $30.00 per tire higher than the online price when I did my research finding tires I needed. Sam's would not refund me the difference that showed online. I am not a happy camper with Sam's tire store.

I had to pickup the vehicle with two new tires and loosen the lug nuts for them, make a new appointment and return the vehicle so the other two tires could be replaced.
Save yourself two trips, loosen the lug nuts!
Chris - 1 out of 5 stars review8/31/2026Went in for a tire replacement and am still having issues that I didn't prior to going to Sams.The whole process was awful! And Im still dealing with issues! Poor service. Returned home with all tires inflated at different levels.Tire replaced and had rubbing on brake. New noise that I never had prior to tire being replaced. Returned 3 times and still didnt make it right. Blamed owner though it wasnt there prior to getting tired replaced. Where's management? No mgmt outside of shop? Different people each time I had to retun vehicle with hopes of Sams getting it right. No accountability for their actions. Is there a contact number for management outside of store. No one seems to know. Next step is corporate!

I wasn't made aware that they don't offer the service and I had to pay for the service outside. If I was told I would have just ordered and had it installed where they offered the whole package.

Jay - 1 out of 5 stars review8/2/2026My daughter and I went in to purchase 4 new tires for a Honda Civic on a Saturday around 8:30am with no appointment. We were anticipating a long wait time. The 4 new tires were paid for, and then we went to a watch a movie. The movie finished, and we went back to the store around 12:30 for an update. No changes. We understood as we did not have an appointment, and we went home. Around 2pm, I received a call stating that only 3 of the 4 tires I already paid were in stock! I was given the option of purchasing a different set of tires or to have the 3 installed and come back a different day for the 4th tire. I opted for second option. This was very unprofessional and inconvenient. I don't know why it wasn't checked beforehand on if the tires...

Next, look,webeen home about 30 minutes and my wife said come and look,we had a flat tire. It had a bolt in it. Needless to say, i don't think i need to buy tires from Sam's Club again. That was the first and probably the last. May have just not been my day,idk

They was very attentive to my needs and was able to order them and they came back the next day abd was installed they also was able to do a wheel aginment as well. Then i had to wait two hours for a refund so i would not be using sams club for tires bad experience my appointment was at 1pm and didn't leave until 4pm.
