Organic Zucchini Squash, 3.5 lbs.

These are delicious. I love sauted zucchini, and this was fresh and delicious.

The squash was good and large quantity for the price. They went bad before I could use all of them.

This zucchini did not last a week. I wanted to slice it up and make dinner only to find that it had gone bad in 4 days. I don't know how long this had been in the store already but I will not purchase it again.

Bad produce

Amazing healthy produce! Zucchini is versatile, great as it is. I slice lengthwise into quarter inch thickness (4 strips or less for smaller ones) then pan fry it for 2-3 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with pink salt and voila! Delectable. Or you can cut crosswise and add to soups, casserole, or saute. I hope Sam's will sell more organic stuff!  This has become a regular item on my grocery cart.
