Organic Zucchini Squash, 3.5 lbs.

Don’t buy

These did not hold up well and spoiled within days.  The price was higher that I usually pay for zucchini, but was willing to take a chance on these given my past good experiences with other produce.

Short shelf life

The zucchini spoiled quickly in the bag.

Large size bag with lots of zucchini. Size was small n tender, not overdeveloped. Taste was great, not a lot of seeds

Did not stay fresh long. Were tastless and squashy

These organic item were not fresh and some were beginning to spoil.

Organic not Fresh

Unfortunately, I was not able to use these as they were starting to soften and mold after my most recent pickup purchase.  Generally, these last and are of high quality.

Not high quality this time

Amazing healthy produce! Zucchini is versatile, great as it is. I slice lengthwise into quarter inch thickness (4 strips or less for smaller ones) then pan fry it for 2-3 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with pink salt and voila! Delectable. Or you can cut crosswise and add to soups, casserole, or saute. I hope Sam's will sell more organic stuff!  This has become a regular item on my grocery cart.

An organic and healthy produce option yey!
