Worst freezer! Had it only 6mths and motor quit working. Filed under warranty and they only pay cost of freezer without taxes included. Lost all the food! With prices on food that was a huge hit! Do NOT recommend! There is a reason this priced low, because it is not built good!

Purchased February of this year and it has gone out TWICE! Purchase protection was also purchased, and I will save just save yourself the headache and troubles!!! The first time it was such a hassle that I quit calling, and it eventually came back on. This time, another loss of a food, and I've been transferred to everyone except the correct person and still don't have a complete claim even with a claim number.

So frustrated with the over icing in this freezer. It freezes very well but after just a few weeks, you'll be scraping ice everytime you need to put something in it. I have tried all the recommendations that the company has offered but nothing seems to help. And now I'm out of warranty so I'm stuck. It seels great and you can hear it seal but the icing will start at the top and next the racks over the coils will freeze. I just keep bags of fruit in it so that I can easily move them around and clean out ice every few months. My advice is to try a different brand.

Freezer arrived in good condition. No dents or scratches. It cooled down surprisingly fast. The only reason I dropped it to 4 stars is because the seal is so tight that it’s hard to open with it feeling like the whole freezer will tip forward. Overall still worth what I paid though.

This is a perfect upright freezer for the garage . It is garage ready that means it’s meant for garage temperature. I put all the extra stuff for the kiddos and meats . Easy to find items and there is NO DIGGING to the bottom Looking to see what you have inside of it.

Love everything about this freezer, except it gets so cold that there is a lot of ice. I’m not sure of the temp controls. I have 1,2 or 3. Idk what is the highest or lowest, or what the best choice is to keep the ice from growing so much.

We have had our freezer for less than a year and it stopped working. It was making a loud humming sound and water started leaking out of it. Not to mention we lost $100 worth of food that was in it. Super disappointed.

I didn't even check as I thought that was standard. I purposefully bought it as a pizza freezer so decided it was fine. Kinda wish I had returned it. i just keep watching the frost grow.

It's perfect!! It freezes quickly and is so quiet! So pleased and contrary to other reviews, mine has no blemishes, dings or dents! Love it!💕💕Just adorable!!
