It was really bad. The freezer was damaged in the lelf side when I opened the box. I bought a new one, not a secondhand or opened box.

Despite the negative reviews about the dents, I went ahead to take a chance with the purchase and there is no dent. Just what I need.

It was at a great price! It was easy to install. It has tons of space. The vertical shape makes it easy to maneuver even in small spaces. LOVE IT!

Small compact freezer, but it holds a lot. Look and size was just what I needed to get the job done.

Cosmetically the fridge came with a dents in the back side of fridge and a ding on the side door. But overall the fridge does the job.
