Love this freezer but it came with a dent on the front door and there was only a chat feature with a bot. Only option was to return and I only wanted to contact a human to let them know it came dented. I did not want to return.

Very dissatisfied,I could have purchased at a scratch %26 dent sale for same price,dent in left side,scratch on top, one wire shelf not wired correctly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s only been one day, so I’m only guessing at the quality of the freezer, but it seems well built for the cost.

It came in perfect condition and is perfect for my space. Great price and great quality. The only thing I do not like about this freezer is the frost but if I was that concerned about it, I would’ve bought a frost free freezer.. love my freezer.

Seems very nice but just plugged it in today! Had to rate the overall satisfaction and quality to complete survey but will say those two are yet to see.

Love the upright and shelves. Easy to organize and find things. This over a freezer chest is a plus. Great size. Tall and narrow.. doesn’t take up too much space. Love the stainless look.

Thankfully my experience was good. The item didn’t have any damage that others have mentioned and I was able to get it into my garage no problem. It is on the smaller side, but it’s still a tremendous value!
