[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unpacked and it was well protected with packing and plastic... plugged in and within a few hours I was able to put lots on it with frozen foods... only had it a day but I did notice the sides get really hot

I was afraid it would be too small for my big tomato harvest this year but it holds all of it plus the extra ice cream and meats I ordered. I am disabled and can't bend or twist my bacj so I appreciate the well laid out interior which helps me reach items

This is fine for what I needed,but you have to hold the top if the freezer when ipening the door or you could pull the freezer down on top of you. Its very lightweight. Each time you open the door for any length of time the fan will go into overdrive. I keep this in the garage.

I bought this freezer without looking at the rating or reviews. I normally do a lot of research before purchasing important things, but I have a home bakery %26 was desperate. So I ordered. I was sooo excited to have a dedicated cake/cookie freezer. I kept checking back to see when it shipped %26 i noticed the rating. I read reviews. I saw a lot mention that it didn’t work, it arrived damaged, etc. I’m pleased to say that it came in perfect condition, %26 it was standing upright. (you can’t lay these things on their side similar to AC units because of the compressor or condenser or whatever lol) I plugged it in immediately %26 put some freeze pops in there to test. They were frozen within an hour. It works great %26 looks great. I will say that I’m a littttle disappointed that i can’t remove any shelves cuz there’s no way I could fit a tier cake in here, but i’ll just have to get a fridge now too😊😊

This freezer is incredible... if you keep it somewhere like your garage. Unfortunately, I live in an apartment and have mine in between my living and dining room. I say unfortunately because it sounds like a herd of cattle mooing. However, the freezer works amazingly well and I'm super happy other than the constant mooing. I grew up on a farm so it's kinda nostalgic for me but my kids hate it. At least it holds all their favorite snacks.

I have only had this for a month or so, but so far so good. The size is perfect, small enough to easily get down to the basement without too much difficulty but big enough to hold a decent amount of frozen foods. The price was very good, I considered smaller freezers that were in this price range until I saw this one. It does, however, have potential to be a tipping hazard. Recommend open carefully, holding your hand on top to hold in in place to open as the door requires a tiny bit of effort to open. I'm content with this purchase.

Lowered overall satisfaction rating due to quality of product and dent, but could not go below 4 star due to great price. (This all presupposes that the product does not fail to operate in a few months or years).

Refrigerator 6.5 cubic meters ft. Upright freezer EFRF698, Platinum was delivered yesterday, everything is broken on top, sides and bottom. The plywood that the freezer rests on is broken at the bottom. How could goods be transported like that? New freezer and everything is broken! They turned it on, it works, but the side walls get very hot, they get very hot. I'm upset, this is new!

I purchased this freezer to supplement my other small chest freezer. I love the upright. Its very roomy for the size with lots of shelves. We've had it about a month now, and it's done really well for us. Even though a long power outage. It was full of food. We tried not to open it, and it kept everything cold. We only lost fudgepops. I was very impressed.
