Great Freezer. Great Size. Fits nicely in my kitchen. Looks great and matches my stainless/black appliances. Only downside is that it's not frost free, therefore you have to defrost every few months. Delivery was smooth, and product was in great shape.

Great value for the money. appears to be able to hold up for a while and got cold very quickly when plugged in. Only issue I have is that shelfs are not adjustable and I fry turkeys that wont fit in between shelves. I just had to move other stuff to this one and put that 20lb turkey in the refrigerator freezer.

This deep freezer is very nice design/style/look wise. It makes little noise, holds a decent amount of food and is compact size and not overly heavy. I kinda read reviews but think i really wanted it and hoped it would work out because it’s upright and very easy to use. I RETURNED IT! It grows frost/ice immediately upon cutting on and I guess depending on each unit will possibly vary but I saw a thick patch within 2 days and it increases in size DAILY! Removing the ice is a waste because a new patch will immediately be back. It’s a shame something this pretty and aesthetically made is so poor performing. Definitely a waste of space and money and not worth the purchase.

After reading all the bad reviews i was hesitant to purchase but the price, I just could't pass up so I took a chance. And I am glad I did. My freezer came today and it did not have a scratch or dent any where. I unboxed it and put it in the kitchen and pluged it in. It was so quite I had to put my ear to the side of the box to hear if it was running, and it was. 3 hours later it was freezing food. Great Freezer and very affordable.

For the 218 bucks I paid, I cannot complain at all. Good size for a small garage fridge. Has individual racks that was able to hit -10 degrees in my 90 degree garage. Only thing is that it’s so light sometimes it’ll move instead of opening and it’s a little louder than I expected but that’s fine since it’s in the garage

I’ve only had the freezer for a week, but it came in perfect condition contrary to many of the negative reviews. The packaging was very protective, but it was also very easy to remove. Setup was super quick. The instruction manual is easy to follow. The freezer has performed wonderfully over the past week. Here’s to hoping it lasts a long time!

Many have complained about dents and scratches. The one i ordered was fine. it gets ice build up but for the price .... it is worth the price. it is easiy to organize. i did think it was bigger. my fault! i would say for 199.00 the freezer is well worth it.

I like that it doesn't take up much space. It is a little light side, so you need to hold the top when opening the door so you dont pull the whole freezer with you. you need to have empty hands when opening the door. We like it and it definitely works well so far.

When we took it out of the box, it had a dent on the upper half left corner of the door and another one on the right side on the front about two thirds of the way down. It's just disappointing knowing that a brand new appliance, which I know it is, has the appearance of being used.
