I purchased this as a cyber Monday “deal” for $200. It is worth $200, no more. It is easy to move around when you first set it up. The shelves are stationary. Good seal on the door. Matches the appliances in my kitchen. Probably too small for a family but good for a couple of people. The cord is longer than I expected which was great! Main thing: it’s on the smaller side so be prepared if you expect it to hold a lot.

Our big freezer went and we couldn’t afford another big one not that we really needed a big one so much food goes to waste this is the right size for us and it freezes really well my fake ice cubes I use for my drink stay cold all day and I live in Tucson, Az so that’s really nice to have my drink staying cold all day!

I ordered the stand up deep freezer cause it was very “cute” never seen one before and didn’t know it existed like this. The purchase process was smooth and easy. Now on the other hand the delivery process was horrible!!! Once I placed my order I was given a estimated delivery date.. Cool no problem. On the app it showed that it was still on board to be delivered on the original delivery date. Once I checked tracking to make sure I would be home…. IT WAS STILL IN OHIO!!! IT WAS BEING DELIVERED TO SC!!! Finally about 5pm that evening I received an email that the delivery date change to 2 days later. Ok cool still not a problem. The next delivery date comes app says that it was out for delivery, check tracking. The tracking says it’s delayed again with a new delivery date (3rd date). Now that I’m a little upset I check tracking again just see if anything had change maybe 30 minutes later. It then says oops you package will be delivered today. So you mean to tell me that within 30 minutes it went from being delayed with a new date to back being delivered on the 2nd delivery date!!!???!!! I’m over it at this point! Since the tracking said it would be delivered early in the day I stayed home to ensure that I didn’t miss it… 2pm,3pm,4pm, etc still no freezer…. My freezer didn’t arrive until after 7pm (getting dark) got it inside unbox it and it’s 3 nice size dents. Front, side, and back!!! If I could return it to the store I would but since I’ve been put thru the ringer already with delivery ima just bite the bullet on this this time and pretend I don’t see the dents. Now I will say the unit seems to be working good so far!! If you can find a store that you can pick up from PLEASE do that instead!!!! DELIVERY IS/WAS HORRIBLE!!!!! Delivered by FedEx

This upright freezer is the perfect size for small spaces. The shelves are deep enough to accommodate boxed items, pizza, so you don’t have to unpack them. Good for ice, popsicles, party foods so you don’t have to go into the house when kids want something.

The 'delivery' was left outside a 3 story seniors' building on the concrete by FedEx who rang the bell from the lobby but took off rather than delivering to my front 'door' - so in my 70's had to maneuver a freezer through lobbies, hallways and elevator then 'walked-pushed' the freezer to my apt. UPS (my Amazon account) delivers every single time 2 x a week at my door even gives a knock to let me know my delivery is right outside my door. Anyhow the freezer - is perfect - not a mark on it anywhere except for my sweaty fingerprints - no dents, plastic peeled off nicely - it was ordered Wednesday nite and delivered before 11AM on Friday. I would recommend buying this freezer at this price . . . money well worth spent - though my spine and weak old-lady body is not worth moving appliances again. I'd give 5 stars but for delivery.

Love the racks and it is easier to get food out. We had a 5 cu ft chest freezer. This is bigger in cubic feet but holds less food. In the end we probably will be more apt to use what we have since we can actually see it better. Love the cooled racks!

I have only had the freezer a couple days. It keeps shutting off and starts to defrost. I had an electrician come check out the electric in my house. He said everything was good on my end, it is the freezer. So now everyday I get home I have to check to see if the freezer is off and turn it back on. It is also much smaller inside! Do NOT buy!

I've only had this for a couple weeks now, but no issues so far. Keeps food frozen. Lots of shelves, and the cooling tubes run below each shelf, so that means that it evenly cools all the food, but also means you can't remove any of the shelves, so you're limited to like 8 inches of clearance per shelf.

The seal on the door is very tight, good for trapping the cold in. The whole freezer slides around a bit when trying to open unless you brace against it, again, because the seal on it is so good. But it’s great for what we need it for, provides a good amount of storage/freezer space.

It works fine, but I can tell I could order bigger size. I paid around $200 so I can say it is great deal for this price but of course it had a dent on the side of it, I can clearly say it is not from carrier or Walmart, looks like dented from the factory beacause condition of the box was totally fine.I will still keep it cause it works fine.
