Now they've ruined Chapstick!  Some manufacturer has cut corners, no longer perforating the wrapper at the cap.  When you twist the cap, you need hecka grip, and then 9 times out of 10, the wrapper gets ruined.  This is a problem for me.

The caps will not twist off!!

When I received my chopsticks they had Heavy detergents on them. So after I removed the detergent, I found my Chapstick. When I picked the Chapstick package up, the Chapstick fell out of its packaging  because someone at the warehouse cut it open and six of the chopsticks were missing and I have no way of contacting Sam’s.  In the future, I’ll just go and fight the crowd of people at Sam’s and pick up my own stuff since warehouse workers cannot be trusted to give you the full product.
