This powder has no smell or taste and it dissolves quickly in the coffee. My body seems to like it because I haven’t had a reaction to it. I’ve used it for about one month. So far I’ve noticed improvement in my skin. I like that it has 9 grams of protein. Good choice of collagen powder for sure.

I got the multi collagen peptides. I have used numerous brands and this is the best so far. Wow. Interestingly enough, the first evening I used it, I got a boost of energy, and I was surprised because I was exhausted. I was still tired but the boost was noticeable. It has given me a little bit of additional mental clarity. My skin improved within days, smoothness that is very visible, even my family noticed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used it for a couple of months now and I have not seen much of of difference on skin or morning joints stiffness, I assume that the benefits are after long term of use, however I think the price discourage me from trying it out for a longer time.

I have been taking " beauty" collegen supplements for two years now and it does make my skin look better but never helped with me knee and hip pain. I saw a YouTube video about Collegen type 2 that helps with joint pain, so I did some studying and found this. Two days after I was taking it, my pain was almost all gone. 5 days later, I feel great and have a ton of energy. This stuff is amazing! I take it twice a day in my coffee and in my evening drink and after 5 days I feel great and am moving much more freely without pain. I can't wait to see what happens in a month.
