I can taste it and I didn’t like it at first to be honest, but I’ve gotten used to it and I drink it in my coffee and it’s not bad at all. Plus I see results. Mainly my fingernails. I never have them usually and now I do! I have to trim them. My naturally curly hair isn’t so dry. Totally worth your money and getting used to the taste for the results!

It's making my hair grow like crazy which is good because I recently got a really bad haircut and I need it to grow out quick! LOL But I find this product hard to take. The scoop is HUGE and it ads a weird taste to my smoothie. Is there a better way to take it? I don't drink much fruit juice, nor coffee or tea....I pretty much just drink water or almond milk, so what can I put it in to take it and cover up the taste??

I put it in my morning coffee and it is tasteless. My husband has just started using it and I hope he has the same result as he has a knee that is bothersome and achy in the mornings.

I will know better as to how well this product works after a few months. I put it in my coffee every morning and it doesn't have a taste, just as if I didn't have anything in my coffee. I find that I can only take one scoop a day other wise I'm moving my bowels more often. I guess that's good if you have problems in that area of which I don't!

I've been using this daily with my coffee. 1st cup is without - 2nd cup I add this. It will make your coffee foamy (I stir it in with a fork). For sensitive palates - you will be able to tell a little difference, but I adjusted to it very well. Definitely better than the last brand I was using. My nails and hair actually do seem more healthy - nails are stronger. I will buy this brand again.
