Originally ordered several fruit baskets for family and friends for Christmas gifts. Most of the original set of boxes looked like that had been through a storm, battered and worn looking. One of them had a torn box and fruit that had been sliced by what looks like a sharp object. Phone customer service about the one box that we could not overlook, and they were very helpful and replaced the damaged shipment. This one arrived in perfect condition including the fruit and snack items. The quality of the fruit was fresh and delicious. I'm so glad Sam's Club made it right, because I was devastated by the condition and quality of my Christmas shipments that were originally received.

Even though it was indicated on the box, driver did not ring the doorbell or notify me of delivery, and left the fruit on the porch in 20 degree weather. I brought the boxes in when I saw them — not sure how long they had been outdoors. We bought 4 boxes. Quality was good. We did have one orange spoil/rot & were not able to gift that box. ( probably compromised because of being left in the cold)
