I've had the vanilla and the chocolate. I wanted to love this caramel in my blended protein drinks, but found that it clumps!! I do add ice and wonder if it has anything to do with the cold almond milk and ice. I never had a problem with clumping on the other two flavors. I will try it in my coffee as others reviews don't seem to have a clumping issue.

Ive been using the plain in my coffee for many years. Recently this flavored version was on sale so I bought 2. I use to drink flavored cofffee creamers but no longer use those. Still I thought this might taste similar. NO IT DOES NOT. Couldnt get down even 1 cup of coffee. The smell is just as awful. Very disappointed!

This was my first time purchasing the Salted Caramel (which is my favorite favor for a sweet treat). It has a little flavor when added to coffee, but it’s not strong, as I still add a touch of sugar free salted caramel syrup to boost the intensity. And it’s OBVIOUSLY going to be a bit sweet, since it’s, I don’t know, CARAMEL. I would recommend this product to anyone who likes caramel and a little bit of sweetness.

I put Vital Proteins Collagen Powder in my coffee every day. I was excited to try this new flavor. Unfortunately, it was awful. It tasted so bad that couldn’t drink my coffee. I returned it to Sam’s in such a hurry that I forgot I left my measuring spoon in it. It tasted so bad artificial.

I've been using the unflavored kind, but saw this in store and decided to give it a try. I only put a heaping tablespoon of the unflavored powder in my morning coffee, but to get the full caramel flavor, I decided to try the recommended serving in my coffee - way too sweet. A heaping tablespoon for my preference is ideal. 80 calories per their serving size is a bit more calories than I want so cutting down on the amount lowers the calories and sweetness, but still giving me the caramel taste that I want and it lasts longer, too. I really like the flavor and just ordered another canister since it is a limited edition.

I like to add this to my coffee each morning. The flavor is great. I have used the unflavored and now the caramel flavor. The caramel does not mix in quite as well as unflavored, but that doesn't bother me. I have not tried it in anything other than hot coffee. I feel like I have new hairs growing since starting to use this product, and also feel like I have less hairs falling out - but do not really have any way to prove or verify this.

I LOVE the product, but REALLY dislike the new cardboard packaging of the Unflavored. The cardboard packaging is extremely flimsy and does not preserve the product after opening. PLEASE go back to packaging the Unflavored version in the durable plastic container....or offer it in both the durable plastic and cardboard packaging. I don't mind buying it in the cardboard packaging, but would like an option to empty it into a more substantial container.

Taste is good despite the presence of Stevia. I added 18 grams to my coffee (16 oz. Cup). It wasn’t overly sweet nor lacking. It offered a nice caramel flavor. I wish the canister contained a scoop for ease of serving. I dug around looking for one… I thought it was odd not to have one especially at this price point. If it didn’t have Stevia, yet have the scoop I so desired I might give it a 5 star review. I’m looking forward to seeing results of using this product. The Manufacturer ought to post the carb count, but they don’t with this flavor. I noticed that they do with the chocolate flavor on their website, so this is where I’d like to see consistency. But in giving this a good try, it’s an okay start to my coffee game for the win.

I just received this salted caramel collagen peptides a few days ago and WOW this is an awesome flavor! I wanted to drink it quick before work so I mixed my 3.5 tbs with just 8 ounces of cold water. It didn't mix the best, but it tasted amazing even with plain cold water! The taste reminds me of a rich salted caramel hot cocoa. So next time I'll mix it with warm milk. It would be great to use this as a substitute for salted caramel cocoa for sure! I'm getting another container already. I wish it wasn't a limited flavor. The salted caramel flavor also came in the plastic lid container too, which I'm very glad for! I hate the new cardboard containers that are difficult to open and makes a mess.

After reading several reviews, I have to say some people are being petty. This does clump up, but it's a powder and most powders do that... I have it in my hot coffee along with 1/2 a scoop of my chocolate milkshake protein powder, and then I use a frother. I keep a spoon in my hot coffee cup to continue stirring as it cools because it does rise to the top a little. The flavor is not awful, it is good, but it does not taste like caramel drizzle from starbux or dutchy bros, of course. It still adds a nice, different flavor. I am excited to try this in milk as I saw some people said they did. Only giving 4 stars because it IS salty... I wasn't expecting it to taste so salty, but it is good.
