I don't know yet if the collagen is doing any good, but this so yummy in my coffee. I have stopped adding sugar to my morning cup.

I use the regular Vital Proteins and thought that the Salted Carmel would be good, but it is much too sweet for me.

I drink it every morning! My nails grow stronger and faster! I truly enjoy the flavor and look forward to it!
