Great replacement for our old set, heavy framed, feels like quality. Very comfortable and attractive. It all comes in one giant box! Take your time unpacking and definitely have two people.

I bought this set in May 2017, we received on time when they said it would be delivered, easy set up and my family and I enjoy the set so much. Great quality, the cushions to show dirt pretty easy to clean though. Love the color and highly recommend product.

Received shipment earlier this week, the gigantic single box had a huge hole in it but everything was OK and undamaged. The only thing we had to sample was the coffee table and that took about 20 minutes. Looks expensive and feels great, looks great. We bought this because our old set was out dated.

These are top quality sets for the *very* reasonable sale price. In Central Texas, under outdoor cover, they went 5+ years before the webbing began to wear on our last sets. That means you start thinking about replacements. Webbing on this set appears to have more durable bands, and the chairs are more robust. Cushions will stain if not cared for. We're using Scotchgard this time.

Very comfy. It came in one large box on a pallet. Packed securely. Only part that need assembly was the table . It was put together with an allen wrench in 15 minutes by my son in law. Took me longer to cut up the packaging. Pups like it too. Not for a small deck.

Our furniture set arrived and we couldn't be more happy. The furniture itself is of great quality and good and heavy so we don't have to worry about it blowing around outside and the colors of the cushions and pillows are beautiful. We are very pleased with the comfort of the seating arrangement and would highly recommend it!

Purchased this set for our cabana room and it is beautiful. We strongly recommend this set if you are looking at pool or cabana furniture!

My surprise began when this entire set arrived in "One Big Box"!! The guys unloaded it and placed it in my garage as I wondered how to atack the project. It turned out to be much easier than I imagined. A lot of careful thought went into the overall packing to protect each piece. It didn't take long to get everything onto the patio. The table is the only thing that actually required assembly and that only required the inluded allen wrench. The thing I like the most (besides it being comfortable to sit on) is whatever magic the cushions have for coping with the rain. We had more than 2" of rain over the last couple of days. When it finally stopped, I went out and without really thinking, sat down to read. My wife was more cautious and picked up a cushion which drained water when held sideways. Mine did too when I held it up but I wasn't a bit wet "sitting" on it in the normal position. Go figure

Purchased last month and couldn't be happier. I was looking for a set to match the “old” Heritage balcony height dining set that we purchased in club a few years ago and this matches both the heritage wicker and the taupe Cushions perfectly. It is so comfortable and roomy. My husband is over 6 feet tall and can lay comfortably on sofa. Delivery took a week longer than estimated during purchase but it was worth the wait. We store cushions when not in use so no issues with moisture but it does take 2 of the standard size Keter deck boxes to hold these plus the dining set cushions. We also have the heritage chaise lounge chairs, heritage stackable chairs and two heritage side tables and it al looks great!

My family aren't average size people so we have had issues finding patio furniture to fit our height and size but we have our set! Very comfortable cushions..actual deep seating with higher back chairs. Love it! The only downside was the lengthy shipping time and the delivery company missing the delivery date and then being rude to me after I had to go pick it up myself!
