We got the mattress for less than a year and its already sagging. We have tried to communicate with the service department and all they refused to exchange the mattress because its not curvy enough. This is ridiculous and its causing psychological issues that we cant even fall asleep properly. We are so disappointed in both the quality of the mattress and the service!

My husband and I are absolutely blown away by the quality of this product. We knew we needed a new mattress, but have been trying to hold out as long as we could (inflation ). After a month or so of consistently waking up in pain, with stiffness and aches that would last a good part of the morning, I had the last straw. We went to our local mattress store and we trialed several different beds. My husband and I agreed we wouldn't shop with price in mind, but instead we would shop for comfort. I laid on this mattress and felt like I fell into a cloud. It supported every curve on my body and suited me as a side/back sleeper and my husband as a side/belly sleeper. We still laid on other mattresses - unsure if we wanted traditional coils or if we wanted to get another all foam mattress. The hybrid is really the best of both worlds. We got it delivered and set up, napped for the afternoon and woke up for the first time in months without any shred of pain! My husband and I both have rheumatic arthritic conditions. The bed you sleep on is an investment. We have the soft, the medium was okay, the firm was too much for us. If you can, sample the mattress and you, too, will be sold on the superior quality of Stearns & Foster!!!

My husband and I spent nine days at the Fairmont Orchid Resort on the Island of Hawaii. Those were the best night's sleep I had in over five years. In our last morning in our suite I pulled the covers off to discover the brand of the mattress. It was Sterns and Foster, I did more investigating I called housekeeping, they informed me it was a Sterns and Foster Reserve mattress. As soon as we arrived beck home I went on line and ordered the Reserve Firm Pillow Top Split California mattress. It was delivered yesterday 4/12, we put the bedding on that was the included gift. Last night was the best sleep we have had since coming home from Hawaii. We woke up rested, refreshed , ready for the day. Beyond a shadow of a doubt this is the best mattress we have owned. The old adage is true You get what you pay for, in this case it is a luxurious well made mattress worth every penny we spent.

I looked forward to getting a high quality Stearns & Foster mattress, but that's not what I got. It feels like a cheap, foam rubber pad. It's not firm, it's squishy. I sink in and wake up every time I try to pull myself out of a hole to turn over. It's supposed to be cool, but it's hot. It was a big waste of money.

For me this is an investment on my health. I decided to purchase a firm mattress to help with my back pain. Since I started sleeping on the S&F firm mattress my back pain has literally improved 98%, I am sleeping through the night and feel amazing. I also love the design, and most of the firmness with the softness with the fabric. Yes! the colors too. So far there is nothing I don't like about it. I am very happy for choosing Stearns and Foster as my life has changed!

Stearns and Foster is the only mattress I will ever purchase. I just replaced our previous mattress, which we had for 40 years. In the interim years, we purchased two other Stearns and Foster mattresses for our sons, when they were teenagers. My husband and my sons are over six foot four inches tall. The mattresses hold up over time and are so comfortable. When they visit, they cannot wait to sleep in their squishy beds. Was very surprised before i start let me say i recieved this mattress as part of a promotion and was blessed to get to review it. I like the handles in the side makes it easier to move around. 2nd thing I noticed was the little air holes on side. Was super excited about that I'm a hot sleeper live in Texas can say I think this idea actually works its not like a ice box bit I diffenelty seem to be cooler at night not so stuffy . So that wad a major bonus with me . It's pretty tall when you put it on a box spring I really like that. Get deep pockets sheets also. Havnt had any issues with sheets coming off so that another thing I like usually sheet is half off by morining. And I received the soft lux hybrid first time with a mattress with memory foam. And I loved it. I like that it's a hybrid so you get the benefits of both memory foam and springs. I'm a side sleeper and havnt woke up to my shoulder hurting and that is awsome. The only thing is that my and my husband I feel end up in the middle some nights leaning on each other and with it being soft it feels like you kinda sink in but I like it and love it first luxury mattress I have owned and it did not disappoint. My mom and I both purchased mattresses through Ashley, thinking we just bought the best mattress on the market and for our price range. Wow were we wrong!! We filed claims and they offered us replacements which we accepted. Once receiving them, we discovered they were worse quality than our previous model. So over the next 6 months plus, they kept "replacing" our mattresses until I told them we are done rearranging our lives and house for more deliveries. They have done nothing to compensate us except to threaten with sending more mattresses. Please do not spend the money you will be wasting it! This is not what craftsmanship looks like!
