I've run through two sets of the original Defender LTX M/S, and they were nice and smooth. No problems. Now that they're discontinued, went with the M/S2. Two had to be replaced for high road force. They do NOT ride as smooth as the originals. Bounce and shudder. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great tires!! They work perfectly for any surface, mud, rainy, gravel, etc. The tires fit like a glove and when you drive it feels smooth and easy to drive with. I have no complaints at all. I would totally recommend.

I have the F rated 35x12.5R22 tires on my 21 Ram 1500. These tires are great, but in hindsight I would have bought the metric equivalent in the E rating. These tires are heavy and stiff, and not as good as the Michelin tires I had on my last Tam. They weren’t the 2 series.

Now on second year on ford f150 best tire I’ve found to date. Getting ready to purchase a set for our jeep gladiator. Third set I’ve owned first set had 90K on honda pilot. Now at 52K on ford still look new. Great in winter. I know they don’t look like good snow tires. But they are the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these a month or so ago to try and Absolutely love them. These have great traction in the rain and on dry pavement. They are super quiet, durable and a all around solid tire. I highly recommend giving these a try.

The good: quite, lateral motion good for turning, generally a responsive tire The bad: wonders while driving on concrete that is grooved in parallel direction of travel. Never had tire do this. Can’t imagine this passed any serious road test. Snow traction is terrible. In less than 2” of snow my truck was sliding through turns at 5 mph and got loose going over a bridge. Too bad the first snow came 90 days from purchase or these tires would go back. Looking for different tires now

What a wonderful experience it is to be a Michelin customer, i highly recommend this brand of tires and the handling of my Defender LTS MS2 is truly unsurpassed, they make you feel that you are driving a new SUV. Absolutly no noise while driving a smooth ride. I am a happy customer.

The Michelin Defender had everything I was looking for in a set of new wheels. The tires are very well made, strong and sturdy and most importantly, they make me feel safe on the road. These tires provide a smooth ride on the highway and are rugged enough for our back country roads. The tread wear life is impressive and I feel for the life and wear and tear of these tires, that they are a good investment. I like the deep tread pattern and noticed during the rainstorm that the tires gripped the road and they are weather proofed very well. I felt safe during all of my recent commutes.

I have a company with 2 trucks and for 10 years I have only used Michelin tires, in their facilities they have the best customer service, they are fast and thorough with every detail. I put these Defenders on my Thoe, I love the stability it provides to my vehicle and the durability. I take a lot of family trips, and I am in all climates with my car, these tires are all I need, I know I will be safe with them. Excellent quality-price.
