Might germinate in a year

Bought the 10 # bag for 3 small bare spots in my yard, put down screened top soil and kept it moist absolutely NO germination out of 10 #.

Hello Jacko. We're sorry to read about your disappointment with Scotts Ezseed Tall Fescue and appreciate your feedback. To get the best results, we suggest applying Scotts EZ Seed Tall Fescue when your soil temperatures are at least 55 degrees and air temperatures are consistently above 65 degrees. Too much or not enough water can inhibit germination. We recommend watering 1-2 times a day to keep the seeds moist until germination. Afterward, we suggest watering 1-1 1/2" per week as needed. If there was any weed control was used prior to seeding, it will prevent the seeds from germinating. We want you to be confident in our products. For this reason, we offer a product guarantee. If for any reason you, the consumer, are not satisfied with the results after using this product, you are entitled to get your money back. Limitations apply. Grow Grass ANYWHERE

This product is truly amazing. I had an area of the lawn chewed up by grubs and I used EZ Seed to bring this area back to life.
