Warm season grasses like Bermudagrass, Centipede and Zoysia, which germinates in early summer, requires soil temperatures between 75 - 90 degrees (24 - 32 Celsius) and can take between 5-28 days to see visible germination. Watering also plays a defining factor in germination. We recommend watering 1-2 times a day until germination is visible and then watering 1- 1 ½” per week as needed.
