[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in North Carolina. I needed to seed an area behind my home in a shaded area. I tried other seed but this one worked great. I did use top soil too. You can see the attached picture.

Used exactly as instructions stated. Watered correctly. And worked in about 40% of the places I put it. I spent more money for this than other products because it was "guaranteed to work". It didn't!

I saw some 1-star reviews so had to chime in. This stuff is magic. As long as you water it and then keep it moist, the seeds will germinate, even if you pour the mix on a concrete slab. It’s just expensive.

I used EZ Seed to repair several spots where I had Stumps removed. I put new top soil in area and applied EZ Seed. I watered daily and grass came up thick in 5 days.
