Nothing grew. We are not able to apply water every day. We watered as we were able, but after 3 weeks, we have no grass. Perhaps if you have a sprinkler system, this might work. We disced the area, spiked the area, and broadcast the seed, but we have no grass.

Works as advertised. Proper prep and constant watering early fall seeding makes for grass success, But the price for so little grass coverage makes it unlikely buy for most consumers.

I spread it around bald spots and empty patches. I watered and didn't notice any grass untill almost 3 weeks. Then it really started filling in. I'm very happy!

We are extending a portion of our lawn and decided to give this a try. We noticed germination after a few days with regular watering. We did prep soil with raking and lightly raked the material in. So far, so good!!

It's easy to maintain, you just spread the seed put and let it grow on its own and water in-between if we haven't had much rain. It turns your lawn into luscious beautiful thick, nice feeling green grass. The grass seed has fertilizer in it also for it to help the seeds be strong and give it the nutrients it needs to grow healthy.
