[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well I worried as i used this as here in Jersey the rain has been like every day but the seeds did sprout a nice patch to fill in around areas I had to repair form winter damage and an area where a few eeds took over last year and were wiped out and this seed did the job I was happy with the results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works so fast and grows in thick. It was easy to use and after two weeks the grass looked the same as the rest. I can't see where the bare spot use to be anymore! My lawn looks great. I will definitely be using this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a full Scotts brand user & use all their productst quite often. This EZ seed I have used in the past, with good results. Unfortunately this time - heavy rains washed away the seed with no germination in the area needed. Probably more Mother Natures fault - than the seed. Perhaps some kind of additive to keep the seed in the needed area would have had better results.

I have tried many different products nothing worked. Trying something different picked up a bottle just because it said "grows anywhere" I was never so happy to see the great ending results. My grandchildren finally have grass in the back yard which was once very sandy and the previous owners covered the ground with a weed protector all over the yard what a mess. Buy it, Buy it, Buy it well worth the cost and grows quickly. I am in the sand hills of NC and now have a beautiful yard full of grass and less biting ants.

I live in Pennsylvania, I applied this product in the middle of May when the temperatures were between 70 and 80 degrees. I followed the directions in regards to the amount to put down, and kept it moist, which meant I put a little bit of water down in the morning and again in the evening unless it rained. it is now about 10 days later and I have grass coming up. the product works well!

I purchased EZseed to plant in bare spots around my yard where the grass was not growing. I followed the directions to the letter. The results were not so good! Very little grass grew in these areas. I was dissatifed with the results. I have been happy with most of the other Scotts products that I have used in the past. I would not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using ezseed for years now and know it's the best option for quick and easy repairs on your lawn. It goes down easy, starts growing quickly and blends in the the remaining grass in a short time. Best part is it takes very little effort. Just water every day until you get a good sprout. Before you know it you can't see where you made the repair.

I used EZ Seed all around my new patio when it was put in three years ago. It took a week or two to see any growth. I used it in the summer and then after the winter and into the next summer it had grown in very full. To this day it is still very full and I have had no issues with any of it dying. I can't believe there are so many bad reviews because this product worked great for me! I would definitely recommend it

I purchased this product along with Turf Builder 1.5 cu. ft. Lawn Soil to fill in a bare patch in my lawn. The grass began to grow in nicely and I was really very happy. I came out one morning to water the grass and the ENTIRE patch had been taken over by one type of weed. This weed isn't present anywhere else in my yard (or my neighbors' yards, I checked). I wanted to test and make sure that it really was the fault of these products so I used both the EZ Seed and the LawnSoil to grow a patch of grass in a container. The grass began to grow and then the entire container was taken over by the same weed. My lawn is far from perfect. You can see that by looking at the photo I've uploaded with this review. I have dandelions and thistle and a few other kinds of weeds as well. But this was supposed to be a step towards fixing the lawn and instead it just introduced another weed into the mix. In the photo you can see EXACTLY where the grass seed was planted because it's EXACTLY the same area as the patch of weeds. I planned on seeding the other area of bare soil in the photo at the same time as this patch but I'm glad I didn't waste my time. What a huge waste of money and all the time and effort I put into preparing the bare patch of my lawn for seeding. I have to start over from scratch and I won't be using ANY Scotts products this time around.
