not powerful enough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A beautiful item, energy save, but I don't like that even with the agitator the power of the movement is not enough to remove the stains on the clothes, so it is not what I look in a washer.

Love it!

love, love, love! i love the color (champagne). love the size of the drum, and the speed at which it washes clothes. i got the impeller version. couldn't be happier.

Awesome washer!

Some features not available for all cycles

Overall it's a good machine. But there are some cycles that are not functional and some features (like presoak, extra water) that do not work on all cycles. When you wash bedding it only makes sense that you may need extra water, but no, it's not set that way. I like that I can manually set the soul level, although I am not sure what difference it makes honestly. After 1.5 years and it's working properly and in the same condition

Please don't waste your money on this

Had this washer about 2 years, it worked really well until it suddenly just didn't work at all. Paid to have someone come look at it and the control board is supposedly fried and they're unable to service it as the parts are apparently not sold for it. It's a ONE THOUSAND dollar machine that is not worth is money and I feel completely ripped off. I have always been devoted to samsung products, but being stuck with "nothing to do" about it, I don't think I can purchase samsung again after this, especially seeing as others are having the same issue.

Great when it works......

We bought this about 6 months ago, and have only used this about a dozen times (it is at our small place out in the country, but we haven't been there much since we have been taking care of my mother-in-law who has cancer). My wife tried to do a load of laundry yesterday: After turning it on, the lights would circle the dial, make the sound it makes while normally powering up, and then settle going to "normal" on the dial. She then pushed start, but besides the timer showing "56" nothing would happen. Also, when she tried to move the dial, nothing would happen (could not change the wash mode from "normal"). When she tried to press any of the other buttons, they would beep, but nothing would happen or change. After looking up different options online and trying different things, she found that if she held the "Soil" button - which triggers the *Smart Care feature, she got some weird error code that did not consist of any normal numbers or letters. it appeared to be " -: " followed by a backward C? and the top and top left lines and the bottom right lines of the last 7 segment element lit. I wish I could just type it, but as it is not a number or letter, all I can do is my best to describe. After getting this symbol on the display, none of the buttons or dials would respond. The only thing that would do anything was, if pressing and holding the temp & rinse buttons, the child lock could be turned on and off, but nothing else. She tried turning the machine off & on several times. Unplugging it for various amounts of time (even over night, 6+ hours). Every time getting the same outcome, and never being able to get it to run.

BUYER BEWARE!! SHORT LIFE ON SAMSUNG SET!!!

I bought a new set 2 years ago and now its shot already! The washer gets an error half way through a cycle so i can never finish washing my clothes! Ive tried everything, pure garbage. The dryer has stopped getting hot and never shuts off when plugged in!!! DO NOT BUY!! THEY DO NOT LAST!! (Sounds like this is a consistent problem(s) with this washer/dryer set) I DONT KNOW HOW THEY HAVE SUCH A GOOD RATING?!
