Samsung Washer is Crap
Bought a Samsung top loading washer because the old one keep leaving crud on my clothes. WHAT A MISTAKE…. This is a KNOWN problem with their washers. Now I'm dealing with dirt being left on my just washed clothes again. SHAME ON YOU SAMSUNG!!!

Samsung Top Load Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my Third Samsung washer. The first one I ruined by mistake and this one is bigger and I love it!! The other one is in our condo!! Has been a great product!
So Quiet and easy to use!!
we replaced our front loading washer with this model after it needed repairs and was very loud. the front loader also gathered mildew along the seal causing odor. we love the larger capacity and all the different settings. we prefer unloading on this washer because we dont have to bend or kneel. the active waterjet function is nice for rinsing spots on clothing before putting them in. we definitly like the flexibility of the temp, rinse, spin, and soil settings. our teenagers load the machine to the max and it has handled the load with no problems. we are excited to try the 28 min. super speed wash cycle. the wifi connectivity is awesome and allows you to start a load from anywhere or be notified when the load is done. i would definitely recommend this washer!
PBA display broke after only 5 months- AC6 Error
i got this washer brand new only 5 months ago and the control panel is frozen and doesn't do anything. it just out of the blue froze up and stopped working. it gives an ac6 error which means there is an issue with the pba communication. and it will be a week before a tech can come. and i am willing to bet when they do come it will probably be another month to wait for them to get in parts to fix it. i already paid a lot of money for this product just a short time ago and it is completely not useable. this is not ok. totally inconvenient and not worth it at all. if you need a new washing machine, you are much better off just sticking to the old turn-knob kind.

Error code "AC6" means Inverter Communication Problem. Kindly follow these steps to resolve the issue: 1. Unplug the power cord and wait at least 1 minute. 2. Plug the power cord back in. 3. Press the power button to turn the unit on and wait for 5 seconds. - If the unit does not turn on, press the power button again after 1hour 4. Turn the unit off with the power cord plugged in and leave the unit idle for 4 hours. 5. Turn the unit on and run any cycle. - If the cycle completes, the repair is successful - If the information code remains, contact a Samsung Customer Service Center. Not a good machine
Posted this an hour ago and got a lame response from Charles. The noise from my machine is a screaming whining noise. Please don't play it down as a common sound. It's a machine I have had for 3 years and now have ordered an LG. I was on chat with your team and went through a re-calibrating scenario. I even uploaded video. Warranty is only good for 12 months after purchase. I think it's pretty pathetic and for you to send me a condescending email disgusts me. Original review: Bought this appliance Jan 2022 lasted “EXACTLY” 3 years before an extremely loud noise while draining. I used it about 6 months out of a year approximately twice a week. Two retired people, no kids no pets. Though machine says 20 year warranty, Samsung only gives one year from purchase date. Samsung does not stand behind product. Just ordered an LG.

Do NOT buy
i got this washer brand new november 2017. over the last year nasty flecks of mildew and mold have been coming off onto my clothes….using the self clean cycle doesn't help much. using washing machine cleaner tablets doesn't help much either. now after 4+ years a lot is coming off…to the point it ruined my bed comforter! turns out samsung washers trap mildew, mold and other nastiness under the basin of the machine where is collects and grows more and more and more!!!! there are lots of youtube videos showing the gross images! nor with samsung recall this washer and fix this issue! waste of money and ruined lots of clothes! do not buy this!

I bought a lemon - broke after 2 uses
I bought this 3 days ago and it is broken. It will not rinse or drain. Now there is just a basin of water sitting in there and a technician will not be out for over a week. Newborn baby, dirty clothes, musty smell, unhappy household : ( I would not recommend purchasing this product.
