Very sorry we bought this set
To be honest we have everything Samsung in our house but this washer is crap. the lack of agitator in this washer makes it impossible to clean large items correctly, like blankets. The just get knotted up and float around on the top of the water, even thought you use the deep fill feature.

Forever washing
We have steadily noticed an increase in our water bill each month since we installed the Samsung washing machine. It takes forever to wash a load of clothes cause it keeps adding water and puts time back on the timer during the spin cycle. Samsung makes great phones I've been a loyal customer. Will not buy another Samsung washing machine though. We have learned our lesson.
Hello there, Let us help you with the correct settings to maximize the potential of your washer. If your garments take too long to wash, the problem is faulty washer installation or balancing. This is also true if the clothing is being discharged drenched in water or if the wash cycle never completes. First, we need to run a calibration to ensure accurate weight detection by the washer. Make sure the tub is empty before running calibration. Here are the steps. 1. Press Power to turn on the washer. 2. Press and hold Temp. And Delay End simultaneously for 3 seconds. 3. Press and hold Start/Pause (Hold to Start) to start calibration. - The tub rotates clockwise or counterclockwise for approximately 2 minutes. 4. When complete, “0” appears on the display, and the washer turns off automatically. I want to throw it off a cliff. Never balances.
If I could give a 0 star I would. I don't know how this has a 4.6 star rating. It never balances, it takes me days sometimes just to do a load of laundry because no matter how little of a load or any amount of a load it's will stop and beep because it's unbalanced, then you try and balance it and it again and again and again. It is so frustrating how expensive this thing is and it takes days to do laundry!!!!!!! DAYSSS!!!! I want to push it off of a cliff I absolutely hate this washer. Have had it for 3 years and it's always been like this. Also have the dryer and it takes multiple times just to fully dry.

Excellent machine!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine replaced a Maytag unit. It has excellent performance and capacity. Many cycle options and several more on the app. I do find it to be loud when running but it is worth the results. I just plan accordingly.
I LOVE THIS SAMSUNG TOP LOADER WASHER AND DRYER
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had front loaders for 11 years. My old ones died! These stop loaders are so much bigger,quieter and faster. I recommend Samsung! My old washer and dryer were LG's. I loved them too. But these I like even more.
Was great then wasn't
i've had the washer for about 3 months i loved it until i went to do a load of laundry and it doesn't work. it will turn on and off but do nothing else. supposed to have a repair person come out and they didn't show up. didn't even call! now i have to wait another week for another repair appointment.

This washer broke in 3 months. The washer does not clean well and pools water in the tub.
