Worst purchase ever!
This is the worst washing machine I've ever purchased. Every now and then it drains and, I'm guessing the sensor isn't working so it never stops draining. Once this happens I usually have to call and wait a week or so before a tech comes out to fix it. The last time they had to replace the whole electric panel. I don't recommend anyone buy this machine.
Good day, Dmarlow. We understand that washer contributes a lot when it comes to quickly doing our laundry. If the water keeps on draining, you may refer to the second column on page 61 of the user manual for actions to be taken. https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/202301/20230103173239422/WA7300A-AD_UM_DC68-04037N-03_EN_MES_R.pdf If you require further assistance in the future, please do not hesitate to reach us through the channels listed below: 1. This is a washer, not an iPhone or Tesla !
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a fan of Samsung washer/dryer for almost ten years. They have never disappointed me in any way. When it's time to get the new washer due to the upscale of my family, of course I have to pick Samsung one. The new 5.2 cu ft. washer fits my family of 5 super nicely and I couldn't be happier. Anyway, beyond my satisfaction, there is one thing that amazed me. After I got the new washer for around one week, Samsung did email me regarding the safety issue about its motor could cause fire or something like that. The washer needed to be recalled to update software. But you know what, my washer has WIFI capability so it can be done over the air. This is the first time on this planet that washer got the firmware updated over the internet. Oh my gosh, Samsung's technology has been beyond my expectation.
Regrets
We bought this washer about 6 months ago and it has been a huge disappointment. We had Samsung front load washer and never had issues with it, ended up leaving in the sale of our home. I thought I would try a top load but deeply regret it. It does not spin the water out well and today it has taken 8 hours to do one load of sheets due to not spinning because it was off balance. Instead of just spinning the water out after redistributing the load, it would add more water to rinse the load again. Very frustrating!
We understand that the washer should work flawlessly for more than six months, Valkrom. Let us help with your Samsung unit. Great washer with impeller
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced front load LG with a Samsung top load impeller washer and 100% satisfied. No agitator allows us to wash larger loads and comforter's and blankets. The controls are easy to use touch bottom with indicator light, and you can control it from your smart phone using the Samsung smart things app! The features and the speed of this washer are a great value.
Perfect fit for the family of 5
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In fact it's more than enough for our family, anyway the bigger is the better. Samsung washer 5.2 cu. ft.is able to wash the California king size comforters with ease. I also like the design which in my opinion it's the most beautiful washer in the market.
Whoosh whoosh so gentle it coaxes me to sleep.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is big, this is roomy, it has umpteen combinations of settings to wash your clothes just the way you want. And once you start it, whoosh whoosh you can doze off to sleep until, if you like, you get an message on your phone that it's done, along with a cute jingle the machine plays too!
BEWARE - no cold water only cycle!
Beware - this uses hot water even when you manually select cold. I have chatted with support and they just direct me back to the manual, as they don't have a solution. The auto temperature control feature means that you do not have a choice to use a cold only cycle. If the water temperature is under a certain number, the washer will automatically use hot water no matter what cycle/temp you have selected. The clothes come out warm and our hot water tank comes up empty. The washer is large and we've had no other issues, but we would definitely not have bought if we knew we would be taking a lot of cold showers depending on the timing of laundry

Not a Samsung Washer Fan
I bought this one year ago in November. In September, it started to leak after a day or two of non-use so we had the Samsung Tech come over to review the issue. They weren't unable to find where the leak was nor why it was leaking. They asked for pictures or to record a video for a leak that only happens when we haven't used the washer for a day or two. In October, the tub wouldn't fill up normally and would only fill up a quarter of the way. We calibrated it, but it still won't sense the weight of the clothes to fill up properly, so we have to use the deep fill every time. We had another Samsung Tech come back to review the leak and the water sensor. Same result, they couldn't find what was wrong with it so they can't do anything about it. So now we are stuck with a washer that leaks and not properly fill up with water in the tub on a non-deep fill setting. We got Samsung products because we had good luck with the television, refrigerator and stove so why not a washer and dryer. Our last washer and dryer were Maytags and we never had an issue and had them for 10 years before replacing them with our current Samsung models. I'm not sure the machine is defective because it was made during the year of the Covid Pandemic or not. We were not expecting that it would have issues less than a year with normal use. We are not real impressed with this washer. The dryer has been operating fine. Would be happier if the tech support was able to fix both issues or replace model.

Great Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the washer. It has a huge drum and nothing in the middle to wrap your stuff around. Have not used all the settings yet. It does seem that the self clean cycle runs more often than I would have thought.
Great features, when they work that is.
All the different settings are great. The one problem I have is that sometimes - when you put softener in the container and then close the container - it immediately comes out. I have not been able to figure why it does this. I'm wasting softener. I have tried setting the machine first, then adding softener. I have tried opening and closing the compartment, it's a 50/50. Total bummer. I find the wash isn't as clean as my old washer. The delivery and set up was just awful, terrible timing and then the first washer was dented and had to wait another month to get it. The delivery/set-up people didn't have what they needed to install - what a dumb situation, like have your stuff together.
Good day, Jessica M. We know how important it is to have a washer that truly suits your needs and expectations.
