But anyways, I really like this plate a lot and I think that it is the exact replica of the state that I chose mainly because of my family background, and because California was all sold out! But it is a little bit smaller than I expected it to be. I think that it is a nice little statement piece. If you don’t use every single crevice of it and it is very durable the glass is very thick and it is not too heavy and very easy to clean.

Plate is nice but I would have really liked to receive the one from Texas but was all out! Maybe next time. It’s microwave and oven safe so that means it works for baking as well as cold cuts. I’ve only used it for cold cuts as of now. This would also make a great Christmas gift for a friend that moved away from their home state

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I think this is a really cute idea however since I have a Florida plate, as you can see, there’s not a whole lot of room for plating or cooking. In other words it’s far too narrow to cook much of anything. I suppose if I were entertaining and wanted to serve some type of dip that’s feasible but other than that it’s really impracticable. Maybe for a collector or just to display.

So it’s definitely a conversation starter. I can’t wait to use it for parties. Deep enough to put dips or chips in. And has a classy look to it.
