It's nice to get 30 grams of protien in one sitting. This powder has a good taste, but a little sweet for me.

I put it in my coffee first thing in the morning. It keeps me from wanting to eat everything. It's great for weight loss.

Anytime you can get more bang for your buck and not lose any quality I will recommend all day! This is a great buy!

What is up with this price hike! Last bought March of 2026. It is May 2026 and up 8.50. That is crazy. Thought it was a mistake, will be getting an alternative.

Our athlete needed a supplemental source of protein and this works well. The powder mixes up creamy and tastes good - sweet vanilla. Much more economical than pre-mixed cartons. Will buy again.

There is a little artificial vanilla smell and flavor but overall is consumable and it does not mix well in oatmeal. I'll go back to Optimum Nutrition's' Vanilla Whey.
