It's nice to get 30 grams of protien in one sitting. This powder has a good taste, but a little sweet for me.

I have tried 3-4 different brands and this one is fantastic. It blends well, is not chalky, and in my opinion has no nasty aftertaste. I used vanilla almond milk and frozen fruit. Makes the perfect smoothie/shake consistency.
