Great taste. Mix with a bit of water and zero-calorie cream in the morning to add to my coffee, and I’m full until after lunch. I also like adding it to my fruit smoothies, strawberry, banana, blueberry, a little Greek yogurt, ice and skim milk. I’ve found it to be a nice pick-me-up after my workout, adding my creatine to a shaker with water.
