I bought the 7500DF in December to use as a home backup unit. We ran the unit after my electrician installed an interlock switch for us. Both of us were impressed with the build quality of the unit, and how quiet it ran. The dual fuel feature is a big plus.

fits my needs exactly. I want to be able to run the controls and blower on my gas furnace, but also wanted to be able to operate my well-insulated 5500 W water heater for an hour per day when the utility power is out. One can also cook using one or two burners on the range, or use the oven, provided the water heater is not also using power at that time. --Dual fuel is a huge plus!!

A must have if you are prone to hurricanes or storms that may cause you to lose power. I chose this model not only because of the output but the versatility of using both propane and gasoline. Runs quieter than other generators and the remote is very convenient, and quite fancy. The paint finish is in an attractive blue, and it is not only useful but aesthetically pleasing to look at. The wheels come with the generator so that's a huge bonus. It's pretty heavy, you would want two strong people to help transport it, or one super strong person. Support is very available and backed by a proven name.

I've only owned it for a day. Unpacking the generator was normal. I did notice a bit of oil which had dripped out of the oil dipstick area. I cleaned the generator up and didn't notice any defects. I checked all the bolts for tightness, spark plug and connections for any problems and there were none. Wheels and mounts were easy to install. I put about 2 gallons of fuel in and it fired right up. FYI, engine beginners, make sure you have the choke on full before the first start. It's the little metal lever under the choke label, push that to the right and it will start right up. Its automatic so it will move back to normal run on its own. Very nifty little wireless on and off switch which worked perfectly even from inside my house.

Electrician recommended your product, over any others. Install and testing on first start up, unit worked exactly as intended, 240Volt 60 Hz partial load for test, worked perfectly. Now looking forward to our next power outage-sort of- at least we are ready!

I bought this generator because I was without power for 2 weeks after Hurricane Michael and I did not like being in that situation. I hooked up a transfer switch and everything works great. This seems to be a good generator and a good investment. Thank you.

We live in a heavily wooded area and after 30 years of storms and always losing power we got tired of throwing out food and being in the dark when the power goes out. We reviewed a lot of other manufacturer's portable generators and could not match our expectations or the great comments from thousands of satisfied customers. I find the unit is easy to use and is provided with clear Users Manual instructions which include assembly breakdowns and diagrams. Thank you for providing this QUALITY product .The stress will be a little less if (when) we lose power. I also use it running my power equipment when working out side

I was surprised to find USB ports for charging cell phones and computers. Also had no idea it had a remote start feature and a trickle charger for the battery. The digital readout for volts, frequency and elapsed time is very handy. Started right up and seems to be a quality unit. I have 3 hrs of powering the entire house with no problems. I am hurricane ready!

Generator was easy to assemble and solidly build - it will withstand regular use in a variety of conditions. The dual-fuel option makes it easy to connect to our home's propane line for longer-term use, if we need it, and the connection options let us power the appliances and devices we need during power outages or if we're not near a power source. Feels like this generator will serve us reliably for many years, compared to some other generators that are noisier and less "tight." Very happy with this purchase, and the peace of mind this brings that our fridge/freezer/lights will be on in case of a power outage is worth every $.
