I love this generator, made of steel, easy to operate, like the key fob, maintenance schedule is great, with the handle and wheels the generator its easy to move. ONE THING; the instruction manual don't mention the connection of 2 plug connectors to the battery cables which will start the unit/if not connected the generator will not start, even thou the battery is charged.

I bought this in June of 2021 as a partial house backup in case of a power outage. Thankfully to this date I have not had to use it. However, I did test run it using propane and found it easy to connect and start. I really like the remote start/stop feature and will plan to run a refrigerator, small deep freeze, a window air conditioner and of course some lights if the need arises. Had to get a Hotel during power outage before I bought it, so I know have peace of mind in case it happens again.

I like this new dual features option generator for using either gasoline or propane. I like this great electric push button start and remote starter that makes starting the beast so easy. Got this generator more than two weeks ago and very happy that I got it. I do recommend this generator to anyone who want to purchase one.

It was nice to have all the tools necessary for the simple assembly. The battery was connected, just needed a charge. It's a very heavy sturdy build. Happy that the auto choke and auto start have manual back ups. Like all air cooled engines it's loud, but starts so easy with the touch of a button! Would recommend.

So far, and fingers crossed, as we haven't had to use the generator but everything looks great, test worked fine and glad to have the added protection, especially since this February has turned into a "Polar Vortex" experience. A must for someone who lives in the Northeast.

I didn't have much of a choice when I was looking for a generator, because I had to buy it in a pinch due to an ice storm. But I'm really pleased with this one. The only thing I may have done differently will get the next next size up. I really like start. And the ability to use two fuels is great.

Manual needs updating. Instructions on connecting battery on page 12, not necessary. Battery already connected. Battery wires, however, had a union that was not connected, and no mentioned in owner's manual. There is a small drawing in the “Quick Start” guide, but not found easily. Wasted an hour trying to get remote start to work. Finally connected the battery wires union, started right up. There needs to be a notice tag attached to the open battery connector.

I bought this generator a couple of days ago because PG&E shut off power to most of Northern Cal. I have 2 refrigerators and a freezer and my food was going bad. It has more than enough power to run those appliances and more. It's a little noisier than I expected but not enough to really bother me too much.

Bought unit to power (2) refrigerators, (2) freezers and (1) 500 sq ft portable air conditioner during power outages. Love the dual fuel. Extends days I can continue to have power. Many times our fuel service stations are out of power for days and lines can be very long.

I bought this for the Florida Hurricane season. Besides the power and great features, the option to run propane (or gas) and not have to worry about stale gasoline being left in the tank is a great relief. This is a "JUST IN CASE" purchase. I hope I only have to use it on rare occasions.
