Arrived one day early and with 2 of us handling it to install wheels and legs, it was easy. The handle bar is a great feature and easy to roll the unit considering the weight, unlike others with handles that are too low. Added oil & gas and it started right up.

I bought this generator to replace an old 4500W generator that gave up the ghost after 20 years. This generator is so much quieter than the old one. Everything went together perfectly. It is heavy but i was still able to assemble by myself. after completing assembly and installing supplied engine oil and some gas, it started right up no problems. the electric start makes it so easy. the included battery charger will keep it ready for emergency use. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This is an upgrade from a straight gasoline powered generator we currently use. Being able to use the propane we have available because we cook and heat. To use in an emergency without worrying about having gasoline on hand. Plus for an extended outage no refueling. All reasons we upgraded. Plus a push button start that my wife can now use to get the generator running if I am not available. Hoping to have this for many years of trouble free use.

I bought this a month ago and have not had to use it, but it started right up and I have broken it for 2 hours, and it is a fantastic product. My one suggestion, would to make a recommendation on which generator covers while running, since the generator's switches, etc., should not be rained or snowed on while running.

I bought this generator to temporarily/intermittently power a well, provide emergency backup power, and to power the AC unit on my camper when summer camping on our mountain property. Easy setup, started up fairly easily. I pulled on the pull start about 10 times before turning on any switches or fuel, just to move the oil around internally. Pull starts fairly easily, electric start works great, and the remote is a very nice feature. I really like the fact that the handle does not vibrate around and make noise (yet) like other generators! My only issue with the generator so far is that I was unable to find anything in the User Manual that states that this generator automatically senses if it is a 120 volt, or a 240 volt load when the NEMA L14-30R 120/240-Volt 30 Amp Twist Lock Outlet (item #7 on page 15 of the User Manual) is being used. I had to call Customer Service/Technical Support his automatically adjusts the voltage output. (Tech Support seemed very knowledgeable, Thanks Kyle)(Westinghouse, you should update your User Manual to reflect this feature). The oil funnel needs improvement! The lower stem is too short and the funnel sits cockeyed when in use it needs to be about 2" longer on the lower portion. I can't give it 5 Stars yet, I need to see how well it works to power my well on both gas and propane. So far so good. We will see how it works on the well and A/C, in both gas and propane modes very soon.

Purchased this generator as power outage backup to keep basics going when the weather turns bad and the power goes out. Have run it a few times and like how easy it is to start. The build quality is very good. It looks like a device that will last. I am happy with the purchase to date

I have had this generator for a year or so and used to power a small cabin on a ranch in west Texas. Overall I haven't had a lot of problems and has mostly been reliable up until now. I've maintained the unit and changed the oil as recommended. The power is more than adequate and the remote start is a great convenience. It seems to be sensitive to heat - it has shut down a few times and seemed to be related to heat in west Texas. After a cool down, it would restart and run. It does sit for a few weeks between uses. Recently it shut down suddenly after running for about 12 hours overnight, and now will not start again. It is backfiring and sputtering. I drained the tank and changed the fuel and it did not help. My next step is to open a warranty ticket before I begin pulling off carb etc. To be continued...

This is my first portable generator so Im no expert but its easy to set up and runs fine. I have not used it to power anything so far but Im pretty sure it will do its job. Will soon have a transfer switch installed so it can power most of the house if the electricity ever goes out. Primary reason for purchase - preparing for the Big One since we are overdue for the mother of all earthquakes but Im hoping I never have to use it, LOL

Just received my new WGen7500DF and plugged it up to the house, in prep for the next Texas blackout from hurricane or northerner. Wife is likely happier than I am now that she can remotely start the generator from inside the house. With its long run hours on gas or propane, daily gas runs to the service station will be will become a thing of the past during our next outage.

I bought this generator this month. I chose this one due to the features, especially the dual fuel feature. I have started the generator with the propane fuel and am happy with the way the generator performed. I would highly recommend this generator for others.
