I received the generator early in the morning and immediately set it up and put it through its paces. The remote start and dual fuel features were important to me. This generator will be used to power the house during the nearly annual power loss days in the Pacific Northwest. As such, I connected it to my transfer switch and switched the power to what the generator supplied. Even under a heavy load, the generator ran smoothly and far quieter than my previous generator. Being able to switch to propane from gas (and vice versa) is a great feature for any extended use periods. The generator is well constructed and the panel is thoughtfully laid out to maximize usefulness. So far, I'm very happy with this purchase.

This generator was all I had hoped for, in the event of a power failure. It gives me the comfort of knowing that a power failure will not interrupt my everyday life. The generator is simple to operate and it gives me the advantage of dual fuel and remote start. Great choice.

Received product some days ago. Easy to setup and run. I use LPG without any problems so far. Put device about 15 ft away from my house, 72 dB if i stay close within 5 ft, and down to 66 dB at far away about 25 ft. I want to keep running with LPG all the time. Thanks for the product.

I purchased it in June 2 and it was delivered 6/12 I was so impressed with the quality for the price, had damaged to the remote but Didn't notice until the electrical work on the house was finished and I went to start it, but I still would give them 5 stars.

Read all the great reviews that drew me away from buying a Generac to replace my older smaller one. Better price, much better reviews. Easy, fast assembly. Started right out of box. Adding a transfer switch to house and not worrying about outages from NC hurricanes or winter storms.

This WGen7500DF generator model was easy to transport in my pickup, fitting nicely under the rear shell opening, and was easy to unpack, assemble and get running. Started right up with the electric starter button on the first try, and ran smoothly. The battery arrived with a charge, but I fully charged it overnight as instructed before testing it the next day—the included charger and front panel charging port are a convenient feature. The noise level isn't much different than my smaller portable generator (3500W), and I don't find it uncomfortably loud operating in the driveway or yard. Walking a few houses away, it sounds like a normal lawnmower. In my opinion the quality is very good with details such as a well laid-out control panel, easy-open fuel cap with a sturdy filling screen and good guage, and a very well balanced handle paired bigger wheels—it weights about 210 pounds wet and it's not hard to push around with the handle extended. The air filter, oil filler and drain plugs, and other components are in easy reach. The bonded-ground jumper is easy to access and remove if needed. I haven't tried running it on propane, but the manual states that you can switch fuel sources while running the unit. Overall I'm very pleased. This will be used for whole-house temporary emergency power (select important circuits like furnace, kitchen, computer room, basement freezer. etc.) through a transfer switch.

Hard to leave a real review after just buying. Generator started right up out of the box on Lp. After break in and a oil change we hooked it up to the house and ran it for a couple hours. I was very happy that our ups for the TVs and computers kept right on working and didn't mine the generator power.

Product arrived and placed on exact spot for unpacking and setup. Setup instructions were clear and setup was easy. After oil and gas added, generator started instantly using remote. Stopped generator then shifted to propane and restarted. For its size generator is quiet and sound level at 25 feet was substantially less and not nearly as noisy as many of the other generators in the neighborhood during a recent 3 day power outage. Intendended using to provide emergency 120/240 v power into home electrical panel which will allow continuous/selective power for most demands in our home. Dual Fuel is a great less costly option in the event gasoline is not a available.

First and foremost, product arrived damaged as noted on several reviews. Did not affect the product as it was the frame that was damaged, still not happy that it arrived this way. Secondly there is not a cover sold for this product, therefore when they advertise for a free cover with a completed review - then they tell you that covers are no longer available - this is definitely not right. However generator does work for its intended purpose, it MUST be set on solid ground as there is an extreme amount of vibration. Power goes out a lot at our summer home so this has already been used twice and powered what we needed it to do.

The WGen7500DF is an extremely well built generator. It was extremely easy to attached the wheels and its standing legs. It comes with the propane lines and assembly tools. After attaching wheels and legs, joining the battery line, the propane tank was attached to the generator with the line provided. The generator thenstarted on the second depression of the start button and ran smooth. The noise level is a little loud but not excessive. The WGen7500DF is a great buy for the money.
