The generator arrived and they unloaded it at my garage door exactly where I will keep it. It required some very minor installation (wheels and foot brackets). Then add the oil. So, total preparation time was very quick. I hooked up to a LP Gas tank and it stared right up. I thought it would be louder than it actually was. I have not yet had the change to use it during power outage, but I am expecting that it will do a great job based on what I've seen so far. It also came with a very good User Manual. I would recommend this product.

I just finally got everything hooked up to the house. Electrician cam out and hooked it through my Breaker box and it was so simple, I saved money on the installation. Electric start and key fob are awesome. The unit runs the entire house, except furnace, range, water heater, and dryer. Getting it bolted down along the side of the house. Would highly recommend.

We brought this after a power outage in the winter. We have been through power outages before in the summer, however this was worse. The cold was brutal. We decided then and there to purchase a generator that can run heaters & a/c wifi and the refrigerator/ We especially like this because it uses duel fuel. We will be running this with propane. We like the fact it is cleaner than gas and we have the option incase we cannot get gas due to a massive power outage and the gas pumps don't work.

I purchased this unit to be prepared for the next outage. March 3rd, 2020 (Tornadoes) and May 3rd, 2020 (Derecho) were not kind to the Nashville area. I was without power 8+ days between the two. In comes my WGen7500DF. This will not happen again. I have added an exterior plug and can run my sub-panel via this unit. I have tested it twice since my purchase on 7/31/2020. I am able to run all my essentials (fridge, lights, tankless water unit, outlets, TV's etc...). It can also run my HVAC unit, but in order to do so, I had to turn off most/some of the aforementioned, which is an issue. The unit itself is very well built, and was easy to install the wheels. It's about as loud as expected for this size unit. I have heard some that are quieter but definitely other that are louder. So this one lands in the middle. The auto/push to start is wonderful. Opened up the gas line, gave it a push and it was up and running! I will update this review if/when we have an extended outage. But at this point, I am very satisfied with the capabilities!

I purchased this generator a couple of months ago. Initial set up was easy and started right up after installing the battery. I'm very happy with the purchase and can't wait to use it if we lose power. Btw, I've only used propane so far because I want it to run as clean as possible.

I bought this generator to run home essentials during power outages. It's very nicely designed, many features and has a very good owners manual. I especially like the remote start. I like the dual fuel options. The generator is a great investment for peace of mind.

I used the key bob to first start the generator after getting it set up and double checking everything. it turned over for like 4 seconds then stopped for 4 seconds then turned over again. Generator did this 4 times and the generator started right up.

Exactly what we needed and great features to boot. This can run everything we need when the power goes out. The large gas tank and dual fuel option means we can run it for a long time if needed and switch easily. You can shut it down then restart it remotely an hour or so later if you'd like. Only issue so far are the wheels. For how well this is made the wheels seem a bit cheap and I feel will need to be replaced by something sturdier. I'll likely remove them and mount it on a sturdy cart.

After looking for months for the right generator I discovered the Westinghouse 7500. I was quite impressed with the solid build,the fact that everything you need comes with it, including the oil, tool kit, propane hose, remote start and great easy to follow instructions and best of all a great price. tried on propane and started right up with coil pull, start button, and remote fob. Would highly recommend.

I bought this generator a couple of months ago. Thank goodness I haven't had to use it yet, but with the hurricane season in Florida, I need something that is easy to work with, easy to start, and reliable during emergencies. I feel I have that in this generator.
