Excellent Upgrade!

When it was time to replace my old generator I chose this model for the advantage of dual fuel. I wish I would have done it years ago. So much more power and easier to start and use. Remote start is convenient. It's quieter than the 4k it replaced too.

Started right away and took the load.

Very easy to use. It started up quickly on gasoline and I plan to test on LP later this week. I plugged it into my new transfer switch and gave it a full load. It ran smoothly and was not as noisy as my old 2400Kw engine. Lots of capacity to spare. Very pleased.

Great Generator

It is easy to assemble, has clear instructions. It is easy to start, has clear instructions. It is very compact, does not take up much room in the garage when stored. The noise level when running is lower than my neighbor's other brand generator. Provides enough power to run my whole house. Love that it has a gas gauge. I'm also very happy with the dual fuel. I wish the oil fill and check were in a more accessible location. Hard to get to behind the wires. It would be better if it could be relocated to the top of the machine on the same level as the gas cap. Other than that, a really nice machine. Very glad I bought it.

Deep Freeze or Summer Hurricane, We Have Power

After the infamous Texas Deep Freeze of 2021, we bought this generator. In south Texas, when winter ends, it's a short time to hurricane season. Our new generator is so easy to use. The electric start makes startup easy for my 71-year-old wife and me (age 66). Plus we upgraded our house's electric system so this generator can power the house, too.

Remote Start is a life saver

I just bought this due to a power outage and I love it! No more breaking my shoulder to get my generator started. I was surprised at how quiet the generator is compared to my old 6K. I am so glad I made this purchase and definitely recommend this generator.

Great features

Just bought this generator and I am very impressed with the features offered. It was very easy to assemble. There are three different ways to start this generator. Pull cord, push button or remote. Could not ask for anything easier as I am disabled and have a hard time with pull cords. Very user friendly instructions. Happy with this product.

Leaked Gasoline

I purchased generator in Dec as a backup power for my house. It was fairly easy to get up and running. I like the machine and the features. Unfortunately, it immediately began to leak gasoline from the carburetor. Given the issues involved with trying to return a machine with gas and oil, I plan to get it fixed locally and hopefully get reimbursed by Westinghouse for my trouble.

Very Pleased

This generator is a treat! We've been using a small 2kw pull start generator for years. Translation; I've been using it because my wife can't get it started. (I did leave it full of ethanol added gas so the carburetor was "less than ideal") The Westinghouse7500DF required very little assembly. Wheels, feet, oil, connect battery cables. Was pleasantly surprised that the battery came charged. Filled it up, turn the gas line valve to "on" (that helped a lot), push the button, and it started after three tries. Tested the remote. Worked fine. Will use it with a drop cord if we have another power outage this winter. Plan to install a transfer switch when the weather improves. It was -8F for our last outage. I'm a happy homeowner.

Great Machine

Received it in 2 days from ordering. Removed it from the box and assembled it in less than 20 minutes. Put in the oil, hooked up a propane tank and hit the start button. It started right away. Still waiting on my cable to hook up to the house so haven't put a load on it, but I'm sure it will handle my needs easily. So far having a problem syncing the remote start, but I'll get it

Good with suggestions

If you offer a 'bonus' for reviews; have stock of the offered items. Good start and run on propane, recommended. Suggestions: a) improve installation instructions, e.g., specify tools required, e.g., 10mm socket or wrench, b) include Loktite(tm) or equivalent thread adhesive compound for securing bolts.
