To me this is my favorite of all the flavors.

Quick meal or snack. No metallic taste

The Premier Protein shakes are a great option if you are diabetic as they only have 4 to 5 carbs, depending on the flavor, and only 160 calories. FIVE stars for being diabetic-friendly, and minus ONE star for being cloyingly sweet - it was like drinking liquid banana pudding. I didn't like the strawberry at all, I found it cloying as well as not tasting much like strawberry. I like the chocolate the best. Whatever you do, if you are diabetic, go to these rather than the Glucerna which is marketed to diabetics but is a much, much worse choice than the Premier shakes, which are NOT marketed to diabetics even though they are the far better choice. Glucerna shakes have 20 calories more and they are 4x as high in carbs - 16 g of carbs, 4 of which are full-on sugar. That may not sound to bad at first, but the Glucerna shakes are only 8 oz to Premier's 11 oz per carton. IF the Glucerna were the same size - 11 oz - they would have 22 g of carbs (6 g of that is sugar) and 248 calories each, compared to only 4 or 5 g of carbs, only ONE of which is actual sugar, and 160 calories in the Premier shakes. I don't know who makes Glucerna, but they're unethical pushing that stuff to diabetics, and I'm not sure why Premier DOESN'T market to diabetics. Glucerna should NOT and Premier SHOULD, LOL!

LOVE this flavor, reminds me of banana laffy taffy (also my fav;) Easy breakfast by itself, but also great to blend with frozen fruit for smoothies, also great with chocolate (mix half banana shake with half chocolate & wa-lah— breakfast for 2 days!) for variety. I hope they never stop making this flavor!
