This brand was recommend to me by a hospice nurse to help my mother get the extra protein she needed to recover from a large wound. Some of the various flavors taste awesome , however I put it in her feeding tube so flavor is irrelevant to her. I do however love the chocolate and the caramel the best. They make a good breakfast on the run.

Since starting a low carb lifestyle change we looked for items to eat and drink that would allow us to cut our sugar intake and that would taste good as well. The Premier Protein shake line has been a very good option for us to check those boxes. They have a low carb count - 3 grams for the whole shake. They have a good variety of flavors as well as a very good taste. The shakes can be refrigerated but it is not required and the packaging is easy to open as well as being suited for a grab and go lifestyle. Easy to grab and go either heading to work or having a lighter/healthier breakfast (or other meal) at home. When you choose to cut your carb intake it does take your body and taste buds a short while to adjust to the lack of the same taste of the “overly sweetened items” your body is used to. The choice to go lower in carbs is well worth the short time it takes for our body to adjust to the healthier lifestyle choices we make. Our health is much better, our weight is WAY down and we generally just feel better everyday. I definitely recommend this product as being a very good alternative to all the sugar packed breakfast/snack drinks/shakes that we would have normally chosen. Choose a healthier lifestyle - you are worth it!!

My most favorite of all of the Premier Protein shakes! And it was cheaper from Walmart (and through this particular seller (MURSHAD) than it was at my local grocer (large chain)! And it was also packaged well and there was great communication from this seller too! I think I will order more!

YUMMY! This stuff is great. Tastes like drinking a banana milkshake. I have tried many of the Premier Protein shakes and this is my absolute favorite flavor. Good for people trying to boost their protein intake, or simply as a quick snack or meal on the go.

Most muscle milks and other shakes offer only 10 - 20 grams of protein and are more expensive. Premier Protein offers 30 grams, tastes better and is more affordable. I buy 4 flavors and mix the flavors (Caramel, Chocolate, Strawberry, Banana). Expiration dates are long and 4 boxes (flavors) last me 4 months. Just wish they would come of with a flavor pack such as 3 Caramel, 3 Chocolate, 3 Strawberry, and 3 Banana and Cream.
