I loaded up on Kleenex a couple of years ago. Recently, I ran out, and bought a lot of new boxes. The ad showed the old box design. What arrived were ugly boxes that don't really go with anything. I will need to return them. Kleenex Company, what in the world have you done with a product that has been a staple in American homes for decades?

For over 60 years, I would NOT waste my money on other Brands of facial tissues because KLEENEX was simple GREAT. NOT ANY MORE. KLEENEX NOW falls apart, on the job. Go BACK to your old formula, or consider me an X customer, after 60 years of loyalty.

After looking everywhere to purchase my usual boxes of Kleenex, I had to purchase these new design boxes that contain fewer tissues. With 4 adults, including 2 with allergies, all I have done is continually recycle boxes at a quick pace. I feel that I am purchasing more cardboard now than tissues! I have only purchased Kleenex tissues in the past, and would like to continue to do so.

I buy these tissues In bulk from Costco. Halfway through the box, the tissues do not automatically feed through the top and you end up having to dig into the box, and try to grab the end of the tissue to feed it back through the top. If you're lucky, you'll get 1 more tissue after that before you have to dig into the box again. Pretty annoying if you ask me. This little song and dance pretty much continues until you dig for that last tissue. I believe I'll go back to Puffs Plus and give up the convience of buying in bulk. I just thought you'd like to know.

I finally called after not being able to find the traditional flame stitch boxes anywhere to be told they are discontinued. Darn, loved them SO much more than the new (to me) unattractive ones. On another note, great customer service with a fast human answering the phone!

First, the good... box-top points actually on the box top, brilliant! The bad... why has the count gone from 184 to 160?! That is riduculous and greedy. The ugly = the new green... please change it back! I will continue to buy your product if it is not an ugly rip-off.

Kleenex Trusted Care tissues are more coarse and scratchy than earlier versions, but my main complaint is the box design. Your change from subdued pastel colors to gaudy, splashy colors has caused me to choose a competitor's brand. I don't need a box of facial tissues to POP. They are supposed to serve a function -- not be a highlight of my home decor. Please switch back, or at least offer an alternative to these awful boxes.

I have recently had the opportunity to test out Kleenex Brand's tissues, courtesy of Crowdtap. I received one full-size tissue box. I placed them in my bathroom for myself, family and friends to use when they use the bathroom. I had been using Puffs tissue before receiving the Kleenex tissue so it was good to try something new. I learned that Kleenex Brand's tissues are strong ,soft and absorbent. And they can be used for more than blowing your nose during allergy, cold or flu season. I use them while applying makeup, wiping up the bathroom counter, on my puppy's eyes, etc. And unlike other brands where you need two tissues, you only need ONE Kleenex tissue. I've been using Kleenex for all of my 58 years. I weathered the switch to non-absorbent paper 15-20 years ago when all the tissue manufacturers suddenly ran out of good supplies of wood pulp, apparently. I weathered the downsizing of the size. I weathered the thinning of the paper. But now, they've not only downsized but have made them even thinner. For the first time ever, the toilet paper I use is stronger than what has always been the premiere brand of facial tissue. These things are now so thin you'll hurt yourself if you're not careful. Kleenex . . . we made it almost 60 years . . . but goodbye.

The new sneeze guard tissues are a disaster. They are not absorbant, everything sits on top. And they are extremely linty, white flecks on my nose, face, and anything I wipe off with the darn things. This was the only type of Kleenex brand on the shelves, will buy store brand from now on.
