Kleenex tissues have always been in my home. It just is not a home without them. There is one box on top of the toilet in each bathroom. So when anyone needs a Kleenex they know where to go to find them. Have a cold or just a runny nose--well it is Kleenex to the rescue. I have tried other brands--they don't measure up!

I am a loyal Kleenex customer. I am disabled. I recently purchased a large bulk package of 10 at our local Costco. When I removed the outside wrapper I discovered that none of the boxes had been sealed on either side. The first box I dumped out by accident. What a hassle for me. Now I have to tape the sides closed before setting out. Every box was like that. Is there no spot checking your equipment to be sure everything is 'up to snuff' on the assembly end? I secured the boxes with scotch tape which, by the way is popping loose. Help me here - can you send me another shipment free of charge. Not only do I love your product but am a believer of thr Box Tops for Education and save them for my great niece. Thanks for your consideration. I no longer drive so cannot get back to Costco to complain or I would!

Kleenex stopped cutting the tissues apart. They are now only perforated like toilet paper. This started during the pandemic and you never switched back to cutting the tissues apart. It's impossible to grab one tissue at a time. Every single tissue sheet in the entire contents of the box is connected making the product a waste. The quality control of this makes your product undesirable to consumers. Guess the machinery used to perforate the tissues is cheaper than blades that actually cut the tissues apart. After 50 years of using Kleenex tissues exclusively I will never buy any variety again. I can't say I prefer Puffs but at least they cut the their tissues apart.

I buy Kleenex tissues exclusively. I am so disappointed in my latest bulk box purchase. The tissues feel cheap, rougher and thinner. The box is a major issue too. Removing the first tissue, the inner plastic lining becomes unglued  and is hanging loose. The tissues do not dispense one after another, but rather fall back into the box. This requires digging down to fish them out. I cannot believe this is the product you want with your name brand on it.

I love Kleenex, they are soft to touch but have a strong hold. I go through the boxes quick so I have to stock up on them. I have the worst seasonal allergies ever and I can always count on Kleenex. love that they are Strong, soft and absorbent, Kleenex® Everyday Tissues have been giving a little extra care since 1924.

I have been buying these lovely square boxes for many years. The previous dot design was lovely and the colors were so subtle. I went to buy some more & the new ones look like they belong in a house for clowns. I would never put one of these out in my home. I am so disappointed.

I have always loved Kleenex products. In the past year I have noticed that the plastic which keeps individual tissues out to grab is NOT attached well at all and is often  useless making us dive into the box and pulling out many at once. This will cause me to stop purchasing Kleenex products. This is true of the trusted care rectangular box and the square box.

Kleenex is the only brand that I can use since my larygectomy surgery for Throat Cancer. The Kleenex brand was recommended by my Dr.s and Speech Pathologist in the Hospital because it has one of the lowest lint levels while still being soft and strong. Unfortunately, the Kleenex brand is more expensive compared to other brands, especially when I need to use 4 to 6 Kleenex boxes per week to help keep my air way and lungs functioning properly. So I rely on Kleenex everyday to keep on Breathing.

when i saw this box on the store i just love the design it gives life to my room or any place i put it, and what most of all you can use it later on for other thinks such as a play house for a doll or you can put like small cars or even you can use it as shoe holder. The tissue i just love the tissue is so strong and absorbent keeps your hands clean and free on germs, and what is most it dosnt irritate your skin also you can use it as make up cleaner or to clean booboos when kids get an accident.i will recommend it because is reasuble the box and the tissue is multi purporse

I'm one of your best clients as I use many tissues a day, everyday of my life, because of allergies. They've been great but now I want to express my dissatisfaction with: 1. The new box design. One word: ugly! 2. The chemical smell. Never noticed it before until the newest 10-box purchase. 3. The dispensing of the tissues. Can't pull one tissue without having all the tissues come out attached, so now it takes two hands to get a tissue. This is truly annoying and the only reason I'm considering switching to a different brand. Please pay attention to your "improvements" because they aren't. The old products and design were perfect.
